Double Jogger and buses

How do you handle a double stroller on the buses?
Do they allow you to put them under in the storage or will you have to squeeze your stroller in the seats with you.

I would prefer to bring my double jogger, but i do have a double jeep stroller too.
i would like some help with this subject. ;0

Was there in December and stayed Port Orleans. Watched many people struggle with their strollers. There is plenty of room on the buses, so people just folded them and sat or stood holding them. These buses are like transit buses, not like tour buses. I noticed many had plenty of helpers around, to hold kids.
I myself am traveling again this month and am taking my 14 month old twins with me. This time we are staying off the grounds, because of the whole bus deal. It will be much better when they are older I think.

We were in a stoller swap back in December. We had a double jogger stroller. My mom was with us in an ECV. So, we loaded up on the bus first. We would either tuck the stroller behind her ECV or we'd hold it in front of our seats. Dragging the stroller on the buses was one of the biggest hassles. But it was worth it for the kids-they were happy campers the whole week.

Also, many jogger double strollers have trouble fitting through the gates at the Magic Kingdom, so you might have to fold it up to fit through there (which is what we did).

As this is your first trip, let me help with the busses.

The bus you describe in your post is the Magical Express bus from the airport. You can place your stroller in storage below.

However, all the busses on Disney property are the rapid transit type, with no storage below. Many of those seats face to the side rather than the front. On those busses, you must fold your stroller and carry it with you. Lots of people do it with doubles with no problem in the side seats. In the seats that face forward, there is lees room, and it can be tough.
