Double Duty Dish/Hand Soap at Sink??

After getting our kitchen remodeled, we have a nice mounted soap pump at the kitchen sink, and bought the Never MT (cool product) to have a large container of liquid soap attached to it. I am noticing that I am reaching under the counter into the cabinet for the dish soap more than my family is using the hand soap at the kitchen sink. I don't want to switch, becuase on the rare occassion I can corner my teenage boys over by the sink to wash their hands, or GASP they do it on their own, I want there to be hand soap there - and for guests - it just makes sense.

I thought I read on here that someone used Costco's Environmentally Friendly Dish soap in such a pump for both. Thoughts / suggestions????

Yes, I use my dishwasher, but I am one of those people who likes to set the dishes in a sink full of soapy water and then put them in the dishwasher, and get the items that can't go in done at the same time.

I am at work right now, so I can't check. But I think the Palmolive dish soap actually says "Hand soap" underneath the "Palmolive". I seem to remember this because my elderly father gave me a really hard time convincing him it was dish soap.

I believe you are right. We use the Kirkland Environmentally Friendly Soap as our dish washing soap as well and my husband uses it as a hand soap.

The green Dawn says both hand soap and dishwashing liquid. (I think that the orange does, too, but I don't have one here to check.)

By the way, the green Palmolive works great as a ice pack, too. Put it in a freezer bag, then that in a 2nd freezer bag and freeze it. Stays cold a long time and can mold to any shape.
