Hey I was in college in 1994 also. But I was a junior--graduated on 1995 so I am older than Erik (and I think I am older than Brandie too). Not being into partying overly when I was younger I was always the youngest in our cirlce of friends (otehr than Dave who is two months younger than me and will never let me forget it). Lately there are always younger people and I am feeling so OLD. Lois, I hope to be back in school someday myself. One of these days I will live near a university and I will go back. I really, truly love school.

Oh and hello to Ella's husband (Grumpy John I think it was). I think you may be hte only SOSO??? on the thread who posts (frequently it is just one of us in a couple who is so obssessed ). Way to go So hte kids and I were talking today and it occred to us that next year is Leap Year meaning TODAY is the 365 day mark. So not fair

I was just on the Wonder 9-20 for 3 nights and we have a 7 night paid for on the Magic in December of this year.. and I still Can't wait til this one in September 2008

I hate leap year !! One of my so called friends at work burst my bubble today when I said it was now only 364 days!! So not right !

i am so excited its less then 1 year till the cruise and just found out that my dd8(alex) got excepted to be in the music video,and guess what i get to be in it too. now i have to start looking for some western outfits for both of us to wear.

We have decided to go ahead and keep sailing - along with our oldest DS, Ryan and his family. Our youngest, Mark and his family will probably not be joining us. Ryan and Dana just started new jobs and won't be able to take vacation until September. Mark and Lindsay don't think they will be able to leave school from their Masters program in Sept. They have a meeting in a couple of weeks and will decide then. They are now looking at a 3-day in June, as Myles, who will be 3, keeps talking about the "big boat" every time he sees a Disney cartoon

Kimberly, I'll update when I know for sure, and I'll get around to posting pics someday soon

Magicfor2 I'm glad you still get to join us. But I am sorry it will not likely be the family trip you had hoped for.

We dropped Rio and Marika off for a special fall weekend camp at Rio's summer camp last night. This is co-ed at one camp for the weekend instead of opening up both the boys' and girls' camps (which are near each otehr and do lots together). BOTH kids really wanted to go. For Rio it was a chance to see camp (and all of the "local" counselours again--even teh ones from Mass.) and for Marika who wants to go to camp but can't get past the anxiety of it it was a chance to try it out for a short time AND even have her brotehr there to boot. So we left with Rio playing hard and not caring where we were and Marika in tears So, of coruse I just can't help but worry about how she is doing. SHe is such an anxiety ridden little thing and I sooo feel for her (I think it is harder to leave a crying 10 y/o than a crying toddler becuase at 10 they are the only ones doing it). Anyway she is problably having a blast and just needs to keep busy and it is good for her to know she can do this, but it is aking it harder to enjoy having an entire weekend alone with my husband (not hat we won't enjoy )

Good morning everyone!

I am going to email Cafepress this weekend and try what Erik had suggested - letting them know that this was a logo only for a group of cruisers on Disney and that we are not selling to the general public for profit. It may or may not work, but the worst they can do is say no, right?

Heading out to the Food and Wine fest this afternoon to eat eat EAT! Can't wait. I have about two more weeks of being ridiculously busy, then vacation, and then I should be back more regularly.

Erica, thanks for taking the time to challenge Cafe Press! Your plans for the weekend sound wonderful! Hope you enjoy the wine...oh yea...and the food!

My mom had suggested that we go to Prairie Peddler in Amish Country, but my plans had to change. They have horse-drawn wagon rides, rope making, crafts, candle making, make-your-own scarecrow, musical entertainment, and so much more. It's really a nice event to spend with the family and have the kids roam around outside having fun! It takes you back in time and away from the hustle!

Well have a good weekend everyone! It's gorgeous outside here....after our unseasonal 90+ degree weather earlier this week, fall is certainly in the air now, and that's my favorite time of the year!
