It sounds like the New Zealand version is like ours - I wonder where the "blue" flavor came from:confused3

That's what I thought. Erica (zweihund) said the British one tasted Blue. I can kind of imagine what Blue tastes like, maybe. It would be intersting to try it to see if I'm right.

I make trifle with pound cake cubes, vanilla pudding (or custard, same thing basically), berries (usually strawberries, but sometimes I'll throw in blueberries with the strawberries if I have them), and whipped cream.

Anyone who's been see anything other than tea to drink? I suppose I could always take in a soda? Or would that be incredibly tacky? I don't drink tea or coffee. I could make do with water though, I'm sure they'd be able to give me a glass of water, no? The CMs would likely think me odd to come to tea when I don't drink tea, LOL.

I'd really love to do Brunch, so if you all get a DIS brunch meet going, count me in for that. I'll probably do the tea too.

:woohoo: Just booked "double-dip" this week. :cool1: Didn't even tell hubby or kids yet. Going to try to save it for a Christmas surprise. First Disney cruise for me and hubby, and first cruise ever for kids (DD - will be 11, DS - will be 7) Looking forward to all the advice from former Disney cruisers
Welcome!!! I have faith you can keep the secret! We did -- we had our last Disney cruise (3/3/07) booked for a year and surprised our daughter for her 13th birthday on the day we left. It was FANTASTIC! As for advice, ask away -- there are so many people here that know all there is to know about cruising with Mickey! :goodvibes

They have herbal teas as well, I don't know if you're interested in those at all but I'm sure they have heard stranger requests at Palo......

And yes, ladyfingers are like a spongy cake. The New Zealand version sounds 10 times better!

:cheer2: WELCOME ABOARD!!!!!!! :cheer2:
WoW you are going to Surprise them at Christmas :scared1: I'd never be able to Last that long :sad2:

Okay, so I didn't last very long on the surprise. I broke down and forwarded hubby a copy of the confirmation, and he is thrilled. He's already been on the website looking at the itinerary. I can keep the kids in suspense until Christmas. Of course, then they have to wait another 9 months after Christmas before we actually get to go. :sail:
But I know it will all be worth the wait! Thanks to all who have welcomed me back to the boards.

Welcome Aboard Nemontinksmom!!!:cheer2: It will be so fun to surprise your kids!!! You will love DCL! There is a great thread with lots of tips - it is titled something like "what's the best cruise tip you ever got?" I will try to get the link to you - I used to be subscribed to it. There were alot of great tips!

Thank you for the tips link. I have already started reading and found lots of great ideas. I will keep it handy and refer to often, as we start the countdown. See you on board! :woohoo:

I know what you mean, Marsha! We are going to LV and DL in two weeks, then WDW in June. I can't plan much more than that for now!:dance3:

I got a Part -Time job at Build A Bear in our Local Mall. It's maybe 2 or 3 days a week about 4 hours a day Kind of Job. Just something to get me out of the house more often.

Oh and the 20% off all Merchandise!! is a Bonus, considering I own 16 BAB already.. :rolleyes1

but TYVM for the fun wishes

Hi everyone. My family and three other families will be joining you all on this cruise. We booked it while still on our 4-day March 4, 2007 cruise on the Wonder. For that cruise, the cruise meet thread like this one was only started about two months before the cruise. I could not believe it when I found this thread and saw how long it was and how many people are participating. Tonight, once the kids are in bed, I will read through the 25 pages of posts to come up to speed.

For now, it will be me, DW, DD (9 when we cruise) and DS (6 when we cruise) on the cruise. We ahve a category 9 cabin on Deck 2, but may be switching to a category 8 cabin to move up a few decks. Both of my wife's sisters and their families have decided to join us as well as another family that we have been friends with for years. Still working on a couple of others.
