I've already filled out the online stuff, but isn't there a way to get them signed up at the port waiting to board? Also what time do they open or have orientation after you board?
They start letting you in the terminal at 10:00 am - NOT before, very strict on this...

Anyway, once in the terminal, passing all the screening, up the escalator (and don't forget to get your boarding #), over to check in THEN you can go all the way to the back right of the terminal and check your kids into the clubs. They will give them their wrist bands and you are all set! That simple...although the line can get rather long.
They will usually start to let people board the ship by about 11:30-11:45 I believe. They will start to call "All guests with boarding number 1 please head to the gateway located at the back of the station to board the ship...(then 7 minutes or so goes by)

Trust me, it's NOT the end of the world if you don't get boarding numbers 1,2 or 5 even....it goes by so fast. I was 8 last year and we were on the ship by 12:10!
Hope this helps!
