Well, I was watching the show from my DVR again today. Out of habit, guess what I did. Yep. I deleted it!

GOOD NEWS! It's going to be on again this Friday, March 13 at 6:00 pm EDT.

Sandi (HoagiePie) just sent me an email asking if the episode I referred to was the one on Dry Dock that aired in January. So I thought I would take a chance to see if that's scheduled soon, too, and it is!! So I thought I would pass that along as well.

So set your DVRs for an episode of "Project Xtreme" on the DIY channel that will be re-airing on March 15 at 7:00 pm EDT!!!

They showed that 24/7 on the TV in your room on the cruise!! I could recite it word for word since it was either watch that or CNN!! Even the movie choices this time weren't very good.

I heard from my Future DMIL today - she is out in Vegas with her other DS. They are having a great time! Today they went to the Grand Canyon. She sent me a picture on my phone and it is just as beautiful as it was when I was there 22 years ago!

How fun, thats something Ive always wanted to do is see the Grand canyon

A small wedding update. I finally figured out where I want to have the ceremony. We're going to get married in the church that I grew up in. My family hasn't been active members for a long time due to some differences with another family at the church and how they were treating my sister and I. At first, I didn't think I wanted to get married at that church because I didn't want that family showing up at my wedding. I talked to my mom about it and she talked to my aunt (she's still active at the church). My aunt is going to talk to the Pastor tomorrow about having the ceremony there as well as making sure that only people I want to attend will be there.

So that's my mini wedding update!

Thats awesome that you are getting married there. Hey was thinking about ya the other day. I read all kinds of Disney bride trip/planning journal reports, and one said something about having a Disney Honeymoon Registry. And you register for all kinds of thinks you like to do at Disney. ADR's, spa stuff, merchandise etc. Didnt know if you knew about it or not but thought of you when I read it Disney Honey Moon Registry

Joe and I are home from the Feb 28th Eastern. We had a very relaxing time and we really enjoyed the 3 days at sea but it wasn't the Double Dip.

I think Joe and I chatted more with the crew than we did with the other guests I just don't think any other cruise will ever compare to the 9/27/08 Double Dip. That will always be the one to remember

No, but OMG my mom used to make Margarita Cupcakes. They packed a punch, let me tell you. She brought them to work one time and everybody got a lil buzz. They just didn't taste all that great to me though. A little too boozy for my liking.. They were like 250 proof! I think half the city of St. Pete got the wrong mail that day!
LMAO love it! My friend just told me about some balieys and gueniss (sp?) CUPCAKES. Told her to hurry up and get me the recepie! these are 2 of my favorite things, sweets and alcohol!!!!!!





I had to tak emy ipod into Best Buy today, it crashed (AGAIN) for what seems liker the zillionth (actually fourth) time. I have their service plan and last time this happened and it was junked out they handed me a brand new one off the shelf, fo rhte same value as the price I paid $399 at the time. THIS time I have to wait 2 MORE weeks (I just got it back last week and it still wasn't right, they have had it since JANUARY!) to get the final decision and THEN I get a trade in of "current comparable specs/value" meaning I don't get the $399 32 gig ipod touch to replace my old $399 60 Gig ipod video. But I can pay the difference if I want to upgrade. UGH. I was nice about it but asked to speak to the manager who told me that Um, I got a sweet deal last time I shouldn't have. OH well. Looks like they'll be getting my $$$$, those touches are sweet!!!

Well my friend's friend hasn't handed over the margarita cookie recipie yet, but I think I'm going to make a recipe to put in the fridge yet tonight so I can make them tomorrow. I'll use a recipe I found on the internet for this round. Also, the te-kill-ya (as Drea calls it..and she is in the family business!) I have is already lime flavored. So I'll try it with this liquor omitting the lime juice to see how it turns out. Then if I get the other recipe and don't like this one, then I'll make that next weekend for St. Patty's Day. I wish I could mail you all some! I'll still post the recipe when I get it for you though!

let me know how yours goes, pass the recipe over if they are yummy!

ha ha, were dorks, E and I already did it last night.. oh well guess were used to the change now, sort of. We havent changed the HUGE clock over the mantal that we always look at but everything else is changed so we keep going is it 5 or 6? lol

You're so nice. Regardless if I ever have another cruise even equal to our DDD, it will still be the one for me to remember...and I know I will, and I know I'll always have real friends from that experience!

Have to share I think Im going to change my occupation....YUP think Im going to become a travel agent LOL jk. I have had 4 people come to me regarding travel info; 2 for Disney Cruise, 1 for WDW and 1 for just over all cruises. I told them if they do vacation they have to get mey a shot glass and a postcard from their travels.

E actually has "refered" them to me LOL. The last one was our neighbor that came over and he was all Drea found it all online and has "friends" from our cruise. Then he later told them ya one of her "friends, did WDW, a back to back cruise, she works for disney and is going on the Transatlantic cruise in 2010... I was racking my brain trying to figure out who it was then he is all your friend from Ohio.. and I laughed. Apparently he listens just got people combinded. So he thought it was Kimberly that did it all, when its a combo of AMy, Maureen, and Kimberly LOL

Things are busy here. Jared has his girlfriend's prom next Saturday. He said that next year, he's going to go to it in his dress blues! LOL!!! Yeah, right. He'll be wishing for leave at that point, I'm thinking! LOL!


It's hard to believe that I have 237 days left before we go on our cruise. Last time, we booked so late and had to hurry doing everything that it *flew* by. This time, it's going to sneak up and hit me in the back of the head before I know it. LOL!!!

Drea, thanks for the link! I did know about it but I think in order to register, you have to book your honeymoon through Disney. I booked our hotel through Disney, but with my CM discount! I'll have to look into it a little more though.

You're probably right about it sneaking up on you! For our DDD cruise, I had 16 months....and wouldn't you know it that I was still making magnets 2 weeks before we left?!

Yikes for sure I packed on the most with my third. sadly I haven't lost a pound of it.
I gained 24 with B (lost 20), 26 with Sav(lost all 26 and then some) and almost 40 with Sarah. I've tried to lower my consuption but getting so little sleep and being up all night I am so out of wack and I ALWAYS feel hungry. Listen to me. I'm not divulging how many boxes of Thin Mints I bought last week. THIN mints. THIN!!!

Well, here's a positive thought for you..it does look as if you're on the downward trend...Hey, it worked that way for me...Brendan was 9#10oz Savannah 8#11oz...Sarah a sweet 7#0oz!

Well, I feel far from tiny, but thanks! I hear you on the Thin Mints. I bought 4 different kinds of girl scout cookies a couple of weeks ago and kept them all to myself!

The fact that your kids all got smaller and smaller gives me a little bit of hope for this one being "small". You know you have big babies when you consider 8 lbs small

Does anybody on here do Sunshine Rewards? I started in December and have earned a bit at time so I'm hoping to have a little extra spending money at WDW for the honeymoon. I know there are a LOT of Dis'ers who do it because I found it on the wedding boards. Did I mention you can earn either cash or Disney Dollars/Disney gift cards? Basically it's a site where you register and take surveys to earn money. There are three daily surveys that you can take each day to earn money. One is worth $.90, one is worth $.75 and one is worth $.50. There are also paid clicks that you earn a penny just by clicking on the link. You can also earn a percentage back when shopping on certain online shopping sites, Disneyshopping.com being one of them.

Not crazy about the Fantasy....that is a Carnival ship.

I thought the same thing when we picked ours up. I was looking forward to a nicely framed photo. I was even thinking in advance of our arrival how nice it will look to have us all in matching shirts. I think a CM messed up when they printed them off because we all have this big empty space.

Good news is that our embark photo stunk! We all looked just horrible and so tense. So between those two things, it was easy to pass on that picture!

We got that one, but we had to have them print it without the border. It was the only one that had all 9 of us in it. It wasn't the best picture, but .....

I agree with your assessment of the new ship names. Not only does Fantasy remind me of Carinval (of course many cruise lines have ships of the same name), but it's not a word that I associate with the name "Disney" in front of it. I also think Dreams sounds better. The only thing I'm thinking that they may have thought is that their fleet has The Magic, The Wonder, and The Dream.

Sorry you have another sick kidlet! Too much partying this past weekend!

BTW, when ARE you moving?? I would love to come up and meet you for lunch or dinner one weekend before you move! My best friend lives just north of you, so it's pretty enticing to drive up to see two great friends!

My grandfather has been taking his daily medication a day in advance. Today he took today's pills and tomorrow's pills. I'm trying to find a locked and alarmed pill dispenser for him that doesn't cost too much of a fortune. Does anybody have any ideas or does anybody have any loved ones that have this problem?
