Yes. It is for 2 adults and 2 children (10 & 6)

OK so then you will be eating several meals outside the park.
If you do not have a car you will have to plan your bus strategy as there are no hotel to hotel buses
If you do have a car and you drive to other resorts for meals be wary of the valet fee


If you are going to choose MK
then may I suggest
Crystal Palace (If you guys are Pooh and friends fans)

Also keep in mind MNSSHP will be going Oct 4 and 5 so the MK will be closing early

May I suggest outside of the park

Boma at the Animal Kingdom Lodge
Chef Mickeys at the Contemporary
Hoop De Due Revue at Fort Wilderness (requires two table credits)


I suggest you make ADR's in advance.
Also Pop Century does not have a sit down restaurant. They do have a food court that does counter service. If you use a table credit there they do have an option for a larger meal for table credit.

I agree - Crystal Palace is probably my favorite restaurant in all of WDW - I really like the food. The atmosphere is fun. I would not waste a TS credit on breakfast though - use it for lunch or dinner.

Boma is also just wonderful - a very unique place if you are the slightest bit adventurous eaters. They have regular kids food too. Chef Mickey's is .... well...Chef Mickey's. Probably the most popular character spot for the non-princess meal. I found the food here so-so though!

We have one day tickets too - we have rain-out tickets good for the MK from one of last year's MNSSHP dates. We go to WDW fairly often so I don't feel much stress in seeing stuff or eating anywhere in particular this time around.

Amy and Dave called in tonight. They are having a great time. They spent the day at Epcot and had a fabulous dinner at Le Cellier. They were heading back to the resort to relax as they want to be at rope drop at the AK tomorrow and then they have their first MNSSHP tomorrow night (with dinner at LTT).

For me - 3 more days!!! Just have to keep the weather disturbances away long enough for me to fly out on Friday!!!! Either that or they need to speed up and get here and gone before hand

We were in Epcot most of the afternoon/evening yesterday, too...and today we're going to AK before our 2pm Rainforest Cafe lunch reservation and then coming home to start getting ready for the MNSSHP to meet up with Hadley's family around 6 or so over there!

I bought a light up shirt for pirate night too! It has tinkerbell on it with a skull whose eyes flash red.

Well you and I are going to look very, very similar......since I bought the same shirt to go with my new pirate hat - I guess we will know each other when we see that blinking skull!

Hey all.. welp E got the lap top from work.. and being the great goverment item it is... it didnt work LOL so when he went to the Charger Game last night (and watched Bret Farv cry LOL) with our neighbor he said he had a few extra laptops (a few??? LOL) so he would let us borrow! woohoo. I MAY have internet tonight when I get home that means!

Came home to find that E packed pretty well for himself. Got it all in the 2 suitcases that the boys and I had already started. SO it looks like we have 3 large suitcases (all within the 50lbs so far LOL , and 1 suitcase was just for f/r and s/m gifts along with odds and end ) 1 hanging garment bag. 4 carry ons, and a partridge and a pear tree LOL

I still need to get my hair done, nails, pedicure, finish packing, boys need to get haircuts today after school.

Tmrw is bitter sweet for me. its the start of my vacation but the same time its the 1yr anniversary of my dad's passing. Feels like it went so fast, weird it was just a yr ago I was telling you all and here its a yr later. Im at ease with it... just feels weird to be getting happy and giddy when I should be sad... well I am.. but ... well Im sure you all get it LOL.

Last Disney crusie I went on my Mother-In-Law passed away while we were at sea....Got off the ship to listen to my voice mail and heard the news....Saturday was her birthday also....So it will be hard on my wife...we both miss her dearly

Just remember - the last thing he would want is for you to be too sad, he'd be happy that you are having fun. That's the best testament you can give to him - that he taught you to live life well!!!

Jeninpa took the both girls to the doc today. They both have sinus congestion and irritated throats from coughing. Zithromax and prednisone for both of them. My son also spent the night in the ER with a very bad asthma attack. He didn't look to good tonight when we saw him.

Couldn't get in to the doc today, but talked to her on the phone late afternoon. She still thinks its poison ivy gave me another prescription for prednisone and said it had to take its course. Easy for her to say!!!!
She said to call her if this second course of prednisone doesn't work. Wonder if she would take a collect call from MX???? LOL My DH is really upset that she is blowing this off.

Seriously, thanks for the well wishes and I will call again tomorrow about being in the sun. I am thinking it might be worth the $$$ to make a trip to the ER also. I am also going to look for TECH NU that you recommended.
