You will only be able to book for Grand Cayman, Cozumel, and 2 days (with the appropriate specials) in Castaway Cay. No confusion at all when you go to book. They'll even give descriptions of the excursions when you choose from the list.

Only one excursion is booked up, as of yesterday. It was the cavern exploration excursion.

High tea for day 3 is full, but 3 pm on Day 6 is still open. Brunch has 3 time slots for Day 3, and only 10:30 am for Day 6. All of the time slots for Palo dinner are open.

Anyone planning on doing the stingrays on CC? If so, what time(s) are you planning for?

Anyone see a reason NOT to back it down to just stingrays? I mean, we can always rent the bikes there at CC the day of if it looks like we'll get to it.

I want to sign us up for the earliest Stingray excursion for the first Castaway Cay day.

That has always been my understanding. They release a % for each booking window and save some for on board the first day. I have found that Palo is the most difficult to get ad most say that if you don't get it on line book it once on board. I will be fighting to book as soon as I can but I am not too worried. I am really happy just to be on board. Lois

Does anyone know (Kimberly) what the exact time us lowly first timers can book? I know it is 75 days out but exactly when and what time?

With my luck I would figure it out wrong and miss by a day! I would really be upset!!

Can't wait to see Erik and Jason's ties!

According to this calculator, http://pscalculator.net/allearsnet/pscalcae.php , the 75 day window opens on July 14; the 90 day window opens June 29. Remember, online ressies open at 12:01AM Eastern THAT day, so just after midnight on July 13.

Does anyone know for sure how it works if your dining reservations are linked. I booked our room and another room for my Mom and Sis and we are all under my sign-on on the DCL website. Denise and her family dining ressies are linked to both of ours..........so how will it work to book Palo for all of us and for my family and my Mom and Sis for the excursions?

Wouldn't that be right befor midnight on 7/13. Not after midnight. If you are one hour ahead of Florida then you can book at 11:01 PM on 7/13. Be aware that it will be busy and the server often has difficulties in coping with the need. Be patience and it will all work out. Lois

You're probably right about the timing.......midnight, etc. I knew what I was trying to say.

Bottom line:
Stay up late July 13. As soon as clock flips over to July 14, sign on to DCL & make ressies!! & have lots & lots of patience.

When we set up things earlier, here's how it went (from my not-perfect memory......so it may be a little off).

• Log into your ressie
• Choose what type of ressie to make - Spa, Palo, Excursions.
• From drop-down box, choose 'primary' person for the ressie
• Choose the persons included in the ressie by ticking the boxes by each person's name - only those eligible for participating in the activity will show up (for our Palo ressie, DD's name didn't come up as she isn't 18)
• Continue to next page to choose time, etc.
• Confirm the info using a button at the bottom of the page

So, if you wanted to make ressies for everyone that's linked to you (whether or not in the same cabin), you'd just tick their names at the appropriate places. Using the Palo example, you'd be able to indicate the adults in your party & those under 18 just wouldn't show up as available.

If you're making ressies at the 75 day mark, you shouldn't have a situation where not everyone is 'eligible' yet. That happens when someone is CC, but the ones they are linked with are 1st timers.

Clear as mud? Hope this has helped & not confused things further. It should be pretty self-explanatory once you actually log in & start setting things up.

I was sure you just miswrote as I often do. It is so confusing. I wish they would let us book when we paid off our cruise. I could have book several months ago. That would also solve the rush on the night the window opens as well!! Lois

Hey all trying to figure out excursions... ..STILL along with budget for them.

so a few questions.. who has some links on where to rent a car in the Grand K. Im thinking we may do this to tour the island. Also looking for a link on where to tour or to find on a map where the Tortuga rum factory is.. I know I had it but no clue where I saved the link too LOL.

2nd... so the Rasul Steam Bath - $83.00 is this a couple price or per person... you know Im just wondering for the sake of looking up prices that are on the dis board.. figure I would ask so someone else doesnt have too. .YA thats it LMAO

Also didnt someone say they do a scalp massage at the spa also. if so how much.

only 19days till us 75'ers can book and UGGGG its so nerve racking lol

I can't confirm that, because we (CC members/not in a suite) have already made PALO reservations for us and my wifes parents (first timers). I saw their names during the reservation process. However my wifes parents window for excursions & spa wasn't open yet. But PALO was ...
