Kimberly,
Thanks for the heads up about one less little one in pfishgirl's party. I have adjusted the lanyard list accordingly. I plan to start actually printing the name tags themselves in early July. The lanyards are being produced right now and ship to me one week from today according to the company I got them from.
As for Palo....let me say this...Jason and I are not foodie people...so super duper fine dining is kind of wasted on us...we're very casual eaters although we do love food that tastes good. I don't eat any form of seafood or steak....and honestly there isn't anything on the menu at Palo that I love...in fact I always have them make up my dish by ordering a delicious pasta dish they ahve and asking them to add a chicken breast.
Now...that said...I would NEVER cruise without at least one meal in Palo. We love it. The atmosphere is lovely...the view out the large windows is spectacular, the service is always amazing, the food tastes good and comes in very generous portions...and desserts are worth the $10 reservation charge all by themself!! Eating at Palo just FEELS special and so it's something I recommend everyone at least try.
(And also as for the brunch vs. dinner issue....we had our first brunch on the TransAtlantic and I was not that excited about it. We don't drink alcohol so the champagne and/or mimosas were lost on us....I don't eat seafood so a lot of the menu was not for me. We probably won't do brunch again.....but if you like seafood I think you should definitely do it!)
