Steve and I are HUGE Big Brother fans but this season started when we already got hooked on The Biggest Loser and American Idol so we havent watched I like when they have them in the summer during all the repeats!

Travel Channel's Samantha Brown celebrates "Season of Disney"

Samantha Brown is going to give us "Season of Disney," and it sounds like the folks at Walt Disney World should be overjoyed.

Travel Channel announced four programs in "Season of Disney," which will air at 9 p.m. Fridays, starting April 11.

The first will be "Season of Disney: Samantha Brown's Favorites," in which she discusses what she likes best at Disney World and Disneyland.

Travel Channel offered this preview: "In the parks, she encounters wild animals on the Wanyama Safari at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, dines at the chef's table at Napa Rose Restaurant, steps inside Disneyland's Dream Suite, stops for a fruity refreshment at Tropical Imprts and watches Cirque du Soleil's 'La Nouba' acrobatic and modern dance performance."

"Season of Disney: On a Dime" premieres April 18. Disney World guests provide money-saving tips.

"Season of Disney: Splurge!" debuts April 25. Travel Channel says the program offers "a guided tour through the many extravagant amenities, activities and events."

"Season of Disney: Royal Treatment" bows May 2. At the Magic Kingdom, the program looks at a wedding and a sweet 16 party.

You and I are going to get along JUST FINE I admit I do have a few songs on my IPOD alreday to work out to, Hangin Tough and The Right Stuff, I was looking for more last night after I saw them on The Today Show! May 16 is marked on my calendar and I am REALLY considering taking off the night before so I wont miss the concert ( I dont get home until 8am) I was OBSESSED with them, my bedroom was covered with pics of them from Bop and Tiger Beat HEHE

Hi everyone
Its BEAUTIFUL in PA today, we plan to powerwash the house and finish up some landscaping! Last night was our 10th anniversary, Steve had to go to to some classes so we just grabbed something to eat at Ruby Tuesday. The waiter was so nice, he brought us complimentary champagne so we could toast. Tonight is our real celebration, we are going to The Melting Pot which is all fondue, can you say YUMMY, I will have to work out extra hard today for all these calories.

Me, too! Me, too! I soooo loved Joey when I was younger--had a full wall of Bop magazine pictures taped to my bedroom wall. And the pillow case idea? Wouldn't our husbands love that? "Sorry honey. Move over. You're squishing Donny."



We had wild weather two nights ago. So much hail I thought our windows were going to break. It was the loudest hailstorm I've ever been in. And we had just planted about $200 worth of ornamental flowers/bushes and it looks like they've been eaten. They're all just stems now. But at least the vegetables we planted fared OK, and our truck parked in the driveway didn't get dented. It was insane though! Just 15 minutes down the road, they got grapefruit sized hail (according to the police station of the town, as reported on the news). Our was large marble sized hail, which was plenty to destroy my pretty plants!

I had a friend email me this morning asking about Disney cruises....wanting my opinion. After sending her a Looooooong email about why I love them, it made me want to go NOW!!!


Hadley--I love the snow picture. I can't imagine having that much snow on the ground still, much less falling from the sky still!

You know Joey McIntyre played "Fiyero" in the show Wicked for a good while...in fact he was in the show towards the end of Idina Menzel's run as Elphaba....he was her Elphaba when she had the accident during the melting scene and again when she came back for the curtain call of her final scheduled show. He was pretty good in the show.

I was a NKTOB groupie (No I didn't, but I did meet them all and hang out with them ). My BFF and me actually followed them around. Being a little bit older we got backastage all the time or would stay at thier hotles

I kept so much of my old NKOTB stuff buttons, napkins, books...even comic books. Maybe I should see if they are worth something

Isn't it great?! A very nice DISer, Tom, who I met from the "Creative DISigns" thread, made them for me. His screen name is "ImTooExcitedToSleep". He created them for me back in early January.

(Shoot...now I look at the other version I had him make (different than what's on my Avatar), and now that my Grandmother is going with us, I think I need to have them remade with a new title of "Three Generation" instead of "Birthday" cruise.)

Anywhooooo.... I'm going to make magnets out of them for our door decoration, each with our names on it.

I could be wrong, but I think many people were planning on ordering shirts with out cruise logo on it from cafepress to wear for boarding. Hopefully someone else can confirm or debunk this.

Here is a shirt I had ordered from Cafe Press last fall. You can also see a journal I ordered from their site as well. As I stated when I initially posted this picture, THIS style of t-shirt does run small in size. Others have reported that the "regular" t-shirts fit-to-size. So.....we need to order new shirts!
