Ok I might have been tired last night but I noticed a few things.

The ghosts seem to be more aggressive. Meaning they seem to have a longer reach.

I also found that they seems to follow you better. In that I would have to work really hard to confuse them and get by them.

The game seemed to go at a faster pace, but I might have thought it was because of the lag.

I can not put my finger on it but it just seemed different.

There was so much lag! Twice I was one ghost shy of winning because I was lagging way more than the other team (when the game would stop altogether I kept being afraid I'd crash, which did happen a few times), not to mention the ghosts did not seem to be lagging, so it was more like work than fun. Plus it was work just to get in a game as the lobby was often too full to start a game, not to mention the evil booters when trying to join a game. "Fun days," NOT! And they never did give me the credits for those two wins.
