Double charged on Orbitz?

Has this happened to anyone? We changed our reservations last night...at first it said it would be 603...when I got to the confirmation screen it said good news your reservation total was dropped by XX amount of dollars to 483. Only one confirmation email for the 483, but 2 charges on my bank account for the original 603 AND the 483! Orbitz is giving us a run around. Has this happened to anyone else??

Give it another day or so to see if the original charge drops off, assuming you did this on a weekend. ACH sometimes shows up strangely on online banking on non-business days. If it doesn't and Orbitz doesn't respond, call your bank immediately. That should be an easy one to dispute...

Most likely one is the initial authorization used to verify funds. This is a temporary hold and will fall off after 24 or 48 hours (how long depends on bank)
