So one thing I worry about, is that my LL will be the same time as one of my dining reservations. I just read on a Disney Tip FB page, that if you take a screen shot of your dining reservation and show that to the cast member of the LL, they will allow you to do the ride after the allocated time. Has anyone done this?

You have an hour window with your reservations. For example we booked Space Mountain from our hotel for 5:00-6:00. As we were returning we decided to that we would order from Alien Pizza Planet, we did that at 5:15. We scanned in for Space at 5:20, booked our next lighting lane immediately (because of the hour window), went and ate, and went onto the next ride.

It does show an alert in the app that you are double booked. Don't know why???

Hope that makes sense.

Eating a quick service meal that you mobile ordered is different than a dining reservation. If you don’t pick up a mobile order, the hold on your card will be removed and you won’t be charged. If you no show for a dining reservation, you will likely be charged a no-show fee.

OP- Take a screenshot of your dining reservation and your LL. Show them to a CM at the ride and they should let you on.

I went to the actual ride (Spider-Man) before my dining reservation and the cast member let me ride at that point.

Happened again with Rise of the Resistance, did the same thing and that cast member said just come back AFTER dinner.

This happened to me in September when it was boarding groups and Oga’s. I simply asked the cast member at Oga’s what to do and she said go ride Rise and come back, they would honour the reservation. No issues.

Just talk to either the restaurant or the ride and I’m sure they will be accommodating.
