Dory with Sneakers....TShirt transfer?

I was hoping to have a Dory Tshirt w/ Dory "wearing" a pair of Sneakers.... and the quote would be "just keep running just keep running"

So I'm wondering, is it okay to do something like that, and does anyone already have such a creation or can help me pull it together?
