dorky question about packages and payments

hehheh,,if i call OR make an online package reservation,,,how much do U have to pay at the time,,,,and can i still cancel and get all my money back/?also..if i dont have to pay the full amount up front (and i am not sure if I have to anyway),,how much longer do i have to pay it off?) also......do the rules change if I do ROOM only?

Packages = $200.00 deposit - balance due 45 days prior to visit;
room only = one night deposit - balance can be paid at check-in/out.
