Randy and Carol...

My sandles are like a dress sandle (open toed)...you think I should bring a couple pairs of shoes? I don't know if I have room, or if I have outfits for them to go with.

Obviously for pirate night I can wear sandles...Palo I have a Jacket and tie, but for the other two...now I am nervous...I am going to have to re think my outfits.

I would wear loafers or docksiders rather than sandals for dinner. What shoes do you have for Palo?

I am going to bring a pair of clogs (brown) that work with both casual and more dressy stuff...

Hi Everyone!

For dinner attire, my husband usually wears khaki pants and a polo. Shirt and tie for Palo. What are your thoughts for Pirate Night? My DH has a pirate shirt to wear, but wouldn't look right with dressy pants. Do you think shorts are OK for Pirate Night? I'm not trying to start a debate on dress code, just looking for an opinion!

Hi Michelle - I think shorts are fine for the pirate party up on deck but I wouldn't wear them to dinner. He'll look fine with slacks and a pirate shirt. What are you wearing for pirate night?

A lot going on over the weekend again.

Brandon getting on the plane tomorrow...WOW!!!! Like Randy said, you must be going crazy about now!!! And you have got to tell us how cold it is when you leave compared to when you land...what a difference!

Shelby, my wife, said thanks for all the birthday wishes, and then laughed at me for being such a huge dork. I guess the name does really fit. DDC...DDC...DDC

Randy...I do not know if I have officially asked you for a door sign yet, but would you mind doing one for me and two extras for my inlaws and sister-in-law? We were talking about them last night at dinner with my whole fam...three families...and they actually thought they were a good idea. I do not know if you can be this specific, but my inlaws go by MomMom and Main Man (what the grandkids call them) so if you could include them on one of the doors that would be great. Thanks a lot if that can work.

The t-shirts are going in the mail today (well, UPS). They are really great!!!

As far as the dress...I am wearing long pants and polo shirts to dinner except Palo when it will probably be a Jacket (I have not decided about the tie yet...I hate wearing ties, so it is going to be hard to put one on when I am on vacation).

I hope I answered everything...but I will be around most of the day if I missed something or if someone needs to change an address.

2 - I can print anything on the pic you want (as long as it isn't too long). Each can be similar or each can be different. What would you like them to say?

WELL...this is it we are 95% packed and we get on the plane 715 Wednesday mornign but we are staying at the airport tomorrow night.

I am getting so excited!

We have mickeyed our selves out...we have a Mickey and Miney nite light for the cabin and Mickey luggage tags for our bags (carryon) Mickey and Miney beach towles and of course my bride to be brought her Disney PJs (Thumper) haha

By the way Josh...my tie is themed...Mickey

That is great!!! Mickey tie is awesome.

So how many times have you looked at the suitcase, and said..."I knowI am forgetting something!!!" It is ok..you got it...and it is all going to be great!!!"

The only advice I can say to you is to not be swept up in everything...you know what I mean. Step back and watch what is happening because it will all be over before yo know it and you need to make sure you have that lasting memory in your head!!!

And if you forget anything...let me or Randy know....we got your back!!

Packing tip - There are no clocks in the room that light up. I always bring a clock that lights up at night. Some times the ship is creaking or rocking it wakes me up and I would have no idea what time it is if I didn't bring my clock.

Good tip!!! I am a time nut so I always need to know what time it is so I am glad you reccomended that.

I am just finishing up my packing and house cleaning and I got a call from DCL. A very nice lady named Mougett called to tell me a little about my "Romance Package" that I booked for our cruise. What a great touch. That just made my excitement level spike!
