Dorky Disboutiquing DiserSistas:Destination DisneyTeresajoys(true)version:TheEnd 1/23

You just wanted to make that song run through my head all day, didn't you! I had no idea you were evil!!! :stir:

Corey is a very cool 16 (his birthday was the other week) year old! I think he will always love Disney! Seriously, he has no choice in the matter!

:rotfl2: Sorry! When ever i think of the Tiki room I can't help but sing that song so as soo as I read your report about it I got it stuck in my head!:lmao:

Funny you mention songs stuck in your head. When the kids misbehave esp at WDW we threaten to make them ride It's a Small World!:rotfl2: They both straighten up and fly right as my dad used to say! Ok so I hate that song too. my mom always asks if I have learned to like it and reminds me since I was little I always hated that song. Sorry Small world lovers out there.

I really love that as a teen he loves WDW! That is so cool!

OOH, you will have to wait for Heather's installment to find out about the sippy cup!!! And, I can't get all ahead of my dear little sister! Just rest assured that we had a WONDERFUL and MAGICAL time at 1900 Park Fare! I can't wait to tell you guys all about it!!!

OK then........ I guess we'll just have to go talk to Heather about this then.

Come on Tadamom............. let's get her!!! DisneyLaura- wanna come with us???

Great update! I just went to the tiki room at DLR and as many times as I have been to Disneyland, that is the first visit to the tiki room in my memory. It may just be 30 years before I go again :rotfl2: BUT it was really nicely air conditioned :thumbsup2

Air conditioning IS nice!

:rotfl2: Sorry! When ever i think of the Tiki room I can't help but sing that song so as soo as I read your report about it I got it stuck in my head!:lmao:

You said straighten up and fly right!!! When Heather and I were younger, our Mom would tell us that, so Heather and I would stiffen up and lean to the right!!! We were obnoxious! :rotfl2:

Brian went to the Barber shop right? Can you just walk in? I would love the boys to go get their cut there when we go. Tell Brian he looked marvelous with the glitter in his hair. :thumbsup2 Although I do love Aladdin carpet ride, I love Dumbo even more. I liked the Tiki Room too but the boys hated the storm. My DH never wants to walk up the stair for the Swiss Family Treehouse, I'm the one that never did so I always suggest it:rotfl2: I wish I could have heard that woman on PotC ride, :lmao: That must have been funny.

So cool that Cinderella noticed her - I cried looking at the picture. Was she excited too.

I too am worried about Sawyer's sippy cup, was it ever recovered?

I can't wait to hear about eating with the sista's
Yep, you just walk into the barber shop, they don't take reservations. There isn't usually much of a line when we go, although I've heard there can be.

The lady on the Pirate Ride was quite hilarious!!

Arminda was very excited that Cinderella pointed to her!!! :hyper:  I just love it that she still gets excited about things like that!

OK then........ I guess we'll just have to go talk to Heather about this then.

Come on Tadamom............. let's get her!!! DisneyLaura- wanna come with us???

Yeah, you go talk to Heather!!! Of course, this is as far as I've gotten with my report, so I should probably start writing too!

LOL that is too funny! I wish I would have thought of that! My dad probably would have just laughed at me if i did that. Trust me I was pretty obnoxious as a kid too and trust me I am getting it back with my dd8! I tease my mom that she gave me the mothers curse' 'I hope when you grow up you have a child just like you!' Well i have a little me and a little my DH so I am so screwed!:scared1:

Look what we got today!

We don't know if it's a boy or girl, but Corey wants to name it Firefox, his preferred web browser! I'm really really thinking NOT! :rotfl2:

The eyes on that kitty are beautiful! If you name him/her Firefox- you can make a young boy happy and nickname the kitty "Foxy"- suits either a girl ir a boy kitty!!

huh? Huh? What do ya say Mom???? (I'm workin' all the angles I can think of for ya Corey!)

What's up with the teeny tiny pictures? I am demanding larger pictures for your next installment! ETA: I see it was a mistake, so you are forgiven... this time. :smooth:

Awww... Brian does look cute! Look at him, feeling the Disney magic with glitter in his hair!

:rotfl: :lmao: Polly Pockets for THREE days!? That IS a show to be avoided!!!

Henry wanted to do the Swiss Family Tree House. I assured him that it was a bunch of steps up, then a bunch of steps down. Almost like a long line, with no ride payoff at the end of it.

Isn't it fun to torture people that have never been on Pirates of the Carribean? Good times, good times. Not so good on hair buns, though.

I'll have to agree with Corey, Pinnochio teathered to the float is perty durn funny!

No, you look MUCH happier redoing Arminda's bun than the FGITs did doing it in the first place.

You were excited to see Tessa? Is that the blonde girl you were referring to?

How cute! Was it a planned purchase?

I wish we could have cats but my DS5 is highly allergic. We found out the week after we had to put our(MY) cat down because of cancer. :scared1:

First of all, a certain non-evil non-step sister has updated her trip report (thanks to you relentless folks).

We want Wickedness! We want WICKEDNESS!!! Come on now... don't make us wait any longer! We've been so patient up to this point!

Did you ever get Sawyer's sippy cup?
I didn't even remember that sippy cup story! He kept throwing it over the fence and Henry getting it for him. Hours of entertainment!

Well, I AM glad to see the day is getting better but Heather made my beautiful niece cry and I am not very happy about that...she has some splainin' to do!

...t.
Sorry Aunt T! I guess you'll have to read my update to see why she was crying. :rolleyes1

I too am worried about Sawyer's sippy cup, was it ever recovered?

I can't wait to hear about eating with the sista's
It was safely recovered. However, he threw it off the tram at the zoo last week and it is now in the jungles of Binder Park.

OK then........ I guess we'll just have to go talk to Heather about this then.

Come on Tadamom............. let's get her!!! DisneyLaura- wanna come with us???
HEY!! I was working on it! You people are relentless!! No leisurely nap time for me today.

You said straighten up and fly right!!! When Heather and I were younger, our Mom would tell us that, so Heather and I would stiffen up and lean to the right!!! We were obnoxious! :rotfl2:

I thought of that exact same thing when I read "straighten up and fly right". :rotfl2: Remember how we used to tap our mouths with our finger just like she did (when she was trying to get us to be quiet), just to annoy her?

NO!!! Don't write anything for a few days. Give your poor sister a break! I can't keep up with this pace!

That is ONE CUTE KITTY!!!!!!! He/she needs to grow into his ears, though! :rotfl:

I'm not lovin' Firefox as a name, either. It just doesn't roll off the tongue.

The eyes on that kitty are beautiful! If you name him/her Firefox- you can make a young boy happy and nickname the kitty "Foxy"- suits either a girl ir a boy kitty!!

You cracky me up, Karen!

 I'm so sorry to hear about your kitty.

Yes, Teresa had planned on getting a kitten today.

Her cat ran away from the house of the person who was watching him while we were on vacation and hasn't come back. :sad2:

So sad about the cat running away! The new one sure is a cutie! I love kitty's!

Did you guys settle on a name yet?

So, I guess I shouldn't be too disappointed that we didn't do the Tiki Room last time? ;) Love the new kitty! We love kitties at our house. I hope you can settle on a name!

I'm so sorry that BBB turned out the way it did!! I think disney should have a hotline to report undisney-like CM behavior!! Maybe that will put a little fire in the CMs britches to remember where they are and what their JOB is!!!! And maybe there could be another phone number to report very good CM Experiences!!
I can't wait to hear about 1900 park fare!!!
Off to read Heathers side of the story...

Your pirates drop story is really funny!

We did that to an older couple in Norway on our very first ever trip. We kept getting on that ride over and over and the girls (6&2) were raising their hands at the drop and screaming like it was a roller coaster. Well everyone so far had just giggled at them or joined them and thought it was really cute. The older couple was a different story though. The wife grabbed the husband in complete fear for her life! I felt kind of bad. We may have cost that poor woman a couple of years of her life!

Your trip sounds so great! I love going at the same time as my sister. We don't spend the whole time together like you guys do, but it really is great to have those special memories.

Your new kitty is adorable. I am so sorry your other kitty didn't come back.

Last Thursday we had to put our orange tomcat to sleep. He was 17 years old and his Kidney's had failed. He was suffering so we said goodbye.

I think about getting another kitty but we just got that little bunny so I think maybe not.

Looking forward to more trip report.:surfweb:

Hey Teresa...I am finally all caught up!!! Love the new installment here. And that new adorable kitty......how cute is she/he?? Did you finalize a name yet?

I absolutely LOVED your Jasmine outfit!! It's not YOUR fault that the real Jasmine is a shameless little HUSSY who shows her belly to the world. It appears that the CM who was making pajama comments is really a dirty old man who should NOT be allowed within the gates of Disney! I mean REALLY...did he want to see Casey's belly? I should think NOT. She is a child and a modest, beautifully sewn, and beautifully worn Jasmine costume is just PERFECT for her!

SO THERE!!!! YOU MEAN OLD NON MAGIC SHOULD HAVE JOBS AS PRISON CUSTODIANS SO-CALLED castmembers!

*ahem*

I too hate it when people ask me where to go and try to follow me there...I have ZERO sense of direction...seriously don't know my left from my right. Not a fan of being a line leader. Boss, yes. Line Leader...not so much.

:goodvibes

 to you!!! can't wait for the next installment!!
