First, I love your countdown calendar. I just finished ours and hung it up and the kids are all excited. Double digits for us!

I felt your pain when you forgot your tickets. I am always worried that I will forget them. We went on vacation to the mountains a few weeks ago. I assigned meats to each family member....mom/dad - steask, mil-hamburgers. ect...we had hot dogs and guess who forgot the hotdogs! Yep! ME...didn't remmeber until we were at the house.....40 min from the nearest store!

You cry at the gate too! I cry too! I even cried reading about you crying!

IASW...3 hr ride.. I used to love that ride...before dd at age 2 wanted to go on in again and again and again....

Sorry the FGIT were rude and the photographers....

We watch Sing a long songs disneyland all the time. Love Right down the middle song....In fact, we may have to watch it today!

Funny you have pics of the Family fun day parade! We were in the parade last year and I think it funny that someone out there has a pic of my family marching in that parade with our matching tye dye shirts!

I just have to comment on Sawyer! He is too cute! Love his reaction to Prince Charming! i have similar pics of Sara Beth at Crystal Palace with Winnie the pooh from 3 years ago! So glad they get used to the characters!

Love the update You could really see the magic happenin'! It was so nice to see those girls faces all lit up like that! You got some great pictures--especially the one of Sawyer and prince charming and Tessa's comment about holding hands with Lydia is TOTALLY something Luke would say! And I guess it's okay if she loves Prince Charming, as long as she still loves Luke. Luke was VERY shy around the princesses when we went He is usually Mr. Outgoing--I'll talk to anyone and everyone (when walking with Lily he often stops complete strangers and says "Isn't our baby cute?") Your update made me really want/need to go back to Disneyworld ASAP!!! I need to start plotting behind DH's back.

Heather that was so funny. The couple with the penny, the woman in PotC. I actually laughed out loud on the PotC one and my DS9 asked what I was laughing about and I just told him something that you said that's all. I totally would have wanted to stand in line ordering food for a 1/2 hour than sitting with a cranky kid myself so I understand . Great update. Can't wait for 1900 Park Faire

I'm so evil, that poor woman really did look like she was ready to find the nearest exit!

You'll see in a future installment that Henry learned ordering the food is the easiest of the 2 jobs!

John always sits with the kids while I order. He doesn't like to be responsible for that many people.
Usually he then goes up and orders for himself.
This process takes a really long time, so we try to avoid places and times that are very crowded. (Not always possible, but...)

I'm glad you posted cranky pics of Tessa. Makes me feel better that my kids aren't always sunshine and roses while on vacation. LOL

Yikes!! That would take a while! I much prefer to order the food, but I figured Henry wouldn't want to sit with the cranky children.

What, your children aren't always in perfect, happy moods?
They are VERY well behaved children- seriously, they are!

1) So is that why your family looked at me like I was nuts when I suggested we stop and eat? They were waiting to go to the car and eat sandwiches? Tom will tell you, when I get hungry it's a whole lot uglier than Tessa's face so I am happy you guys obliged me and let us eat, lol!

3) The penny machine story is hilarious! Poor Tessa! The kids love the country bears. Jacob like to sing "there was blood on the saddle:" ewwww!

Yep, that was probably it! I'll bet Teresa was planning on eating back at the house because they're used to eating later in the day. We're usually pretty hungry by 6:00, so I was glad you suggested it!

Tessa's always singing "blood on the saddle", too. I must admit that I was teaching her that song before we even went to see the show.

Note to self - cancel BBB ressie in the morning! There's no way I'm paying to have a bad experience. I'm so sorry yours was less than magical.

I've heard about so many good experiences at BBB. I imagine we just caught them all on a really bad day.
