Sharon, thanks for the water reminder. I tend to not drink as much on the weekends so I'll work hard to get it all in!
Amanda, Beth, Val, and Lisa, you all keep me smilin' and motivated!! No wonder I've been this successful for this length of time!!
So far today:
1. Meds & vitamins done!
2. Water - 5 mugs + green tea - 1 mug!
3. Food - B = 2g, S = tuna salad (2g) + string cheese (1g), L = Subway wrap (15g). Total so far today = 20g carbs. I have TONS of carbs left for dinner. I will NOT let this be an excuse to over-indulge though!
4. Exercise - done!
All I have to do is monitor my food carbs tonight and it will be another cheat free day for all my goals!!

1. Meds & vitamins taken 12/12 100%
2. Water - all 5 mugs 12/12 100%
3. Food - 20g + 10g (chicken waldorf salad) + 14g (4 Dove dark chocolate Promises) = 44g carbs 9/12 75%
4. Exercise - 11/12 92%
I'm rolling my bear's number and heading to bed! I'll need my rest if I'm going to keep up with my favorite Jock Athlete Princess tomorrow!
