
Happy Sunny Friday!!
It has been a long and sometimes tough week but I made it through and my little cheat free bear has made it through with me!!
I met all of yesterday's goals - WOW! The scale is back to 131, even though I can still feel the BF's presence. If I can stay cheat-free, I bet I'll get a visit from the Whoosh Fairy soon!!
Today's goals:
1. Meds taken, vitamins out
2. 64 oz caffeine free liquids
3. Another 60 carb day. B=ham & cheese sandwich on low-carb bread - 15 carbs. I have plenty of Atkins bars & string cheese to snack on if I need them.
4. Exercise - DD & I did the 50 minute advanced Winsor Pilates workout this morning. I definitely felt it today! It's working all the areas I need - tummy, hips, tushy, thighs - and it was challenging but do-able. So far, so good!
5. Work - List of major reports out to RAC members with instructions, RAC meeting minutes. If I get these two things done, it will be a miracle, but then they'll be out of the way and I can start next week fresh!
The weather is supposed to be beautiful tomorrow. DH suggested a volksmarch, maybe New Hope. DD wants to come along - she's my new little fitness buddy! I'll probably drag DS along, just to get him out of the house.

Usually during the D-Zone I feel physically good but mentally down. Now the D-Zone is over and I feel mentally great but physically....UGH! My back is killing me!! So in addition to meds & vitamins, I've just popped an Ibuprofen. I hate to take any more drugs than I have to! I'm sure I'll feel better soon and in a day or two I'll be feeling great again!! YIPPEE!!

2. Am finishing 52 oz - only 1 more mug of water to hit goal!
3. Splenda in my tea - 1 carb. Carb Solutions bar - 2 carbs. Total so far = 18 carbs.
4. Finished this before 6 AM!
5. Gotta get a move on with my work stuff!!
The weekend is coming - only 3 more hours of work!

Home from work - let the weekend begin!!
Ate sunflower seeds this afternoon - 4 carbs. Total so far = 22 carbs.
Time to chill out. My only goal this evening - eat 38 carbs or less!
