Is she anywhere to be found at Universal or IOA??

Saw her in the Nick Store (US) on Monday. Where Sponge Bob is too.

She can be found several places: by the Nick store, in front on the main Universal Store, and outside the front gates at Universal greeting guests before the park opens. They also sell lots of Dora merchandise at both the Nick store and the main Universal Studios store. She doesn't appear at Islands of Adventure though.

Check the park map when you get there to see where and when she will be greeting guests.

Dora is out a lot!!! And there seems to be tons of Dora stuff in the stores.

dora greets alot in the nick store as you exit the Jimmy Neutron ride (along with Spongebob)

My daughter met Dora on Tuesday at Universal outside the Nick Store across from the Jimmy Neutron ride. She was so amazed. The characters she met were all very friendly and took their time with each child.
