Dopey pacing question

Had a not so great first half of the 10K this morning, which while I overcame in the 2nd half, caused my overall pace to be around 18 min/mile for the 10K. I did beat the balloon ladies, and was ahead of them the entire time. Will I still be eligible for the Dopey medal with this over-16 pace?

Yes. As long as you don't get swept and finish all the races, you'll earn your Dopey medal.
