Several pages back I posted about a minor problem with my one week old Black Tassel Bag. The first day I got back from WDW, I noticed a fleck on the purse so I brushed it off. Well, it wasn't a fleck, but a piece of the black leather near the straps of the purse. It brushed off and now I have a teeny white spot. A couple posters suggested because of the price I paid for the purse that I should call and have it exchanged. Well, just got off the phone with Disney Merchandising. She asked me several times what happened and how that shouldn't have happened and really made me feel like she didn't believe me. Kept asking if I cut it with something

. Well, eventually she gave me the address to send it back and then came the kicker - the purse is on backorder and they don't know when they'll get more in. Could be a week, might be a month.
I also asked if I would be reimbursed for the shipping and she said Disney doesn't do that. So now I don't know what to do. Sounds stupid, but I really don't want to be without it for who knows how long. Wondering if you think I should just live with this minor imperfection or send it back and hope it doesn't take too long to get a new one?
