I saw this thread when it FIRST got started.Back when you couldn't even find them on eBay yet... then there might have been ten at the most... I flipped out on DH telling him they wouldn't be around long and OMG I just HAD to have one.
He got mine off eBay without me knowing it... Wrapped it and like a week or two before Christmas I made the comment about when I have the money I'm going to order the large one with GREAT Mickey placement His mouth dropped... You mean purses have different sizes? Um, yes, dear.
Christmas morning I opened up my ONLY gift under the tree... This is us the day after Christmas at the car museum in Gatlinburg.
Now everyday he's like You hate it don't you? No. I don't hate it. I wish I could have picked it out though. It's not big enough and my beloved Mickey is on the bottom... BUT I'm just happy to have one!!!

Now that I am thinking about it, maybe it was the Coach bags that I didn't like some of the zippers on. I was at the Mall of America last weekend and looked at several bags at several stores. I have never cared much about bags before until this Disney Dooney obsession took over my brain!

Anyway, it all became a blur after a while. All I know is if it has a sharp zipper, that's a deal breaker for me!

It is so funny you say that, because I have this small coach bag, I got at an outlet while visiting my inlaws, it was cute and a good deal, so I bought it. But I hardly ever used it, partly because it was too small, but it also bit me every time i stuck my hand into it!! Gonna sell that puppy on ebay!

I don't like sharp zippers either...I just pet my bag and it does have a nice smooth zipper!

Awesome! These are so hard to find on Ebay for a reasonable price right now. I'm so bummed I didn't grab one of those auctions last week that went for decent prices.

Do you remember what is the best price you have seen them for? I am debating between the larger black and white purse. But, also want to see the new pattern before I make another purchase.

What a sweet guy!! My Dh woudn't even attempt to surprise me with, well, anything remotely female oriented He once bought me fragrance from overseas while on a biz trip. I wore it a few times before I realized it was a MAN's fragrance okay, maybe it could've been gender neutral, but it smelled like I fell into a bottle of gin

One question I do have is, how do I register my bag with D&B if there is no card with the registration number?

Do you remember what is the best price you have seen them for? I am debating between the larger black and white purse. But, also want to see the new pattern before I make another purchase.

I was watching a buy it now auction that was $175 with $13 shipping and I was kicking myself for not grabbing it before someone else did. Good pattern placement, too!

I'm kind of impatient and would rather use buy it now, but for those more patient than myself, there were a couple of auctions that ended under $200 last week. Now there's almost nothing available for buy it now that's not in the $260+ price range, and very few regular auctions, either.

Hey guys, something really strange is happening on Ebay, that as a seller is quite worrisome to me!

I have a Large Dooney Sketch bag in my watch list that is NOT coming up in a search when I type in Disney Dooney. Everything is spelled correctly, and it is a buy it now auction at 28 days, 12 hours. Seller is goofydisneyfan.

Can someone please do a search for Disney Dooney and see if it comes up for them?

I'm concerned because I've heard rumblings about Ebay not showing all listings all the time, but I've never actually seen proof. Could it really be true?

So, I just got off the phone with both Dooney and with Disney. I called Dooney's Customer Service line and was told that they don't have any information on the Disney bags at all and to contact Disney. They gave me the normal Disney Merchandising number.

I called Disney Merchandising next and the very nice CM there had to go look it up. According to them the Disney Dooney bags are NOT included in the normal Dooney guarantee or warranty and that Disney only offers the standard 90 day return/exchange policy.

So, take care of your bags!

I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can start using my white sketch cindy tote. I just couldn't use it in this snowy winter we've been having. Just feels weird. LOL!!!

I don't see her other Dooney bags when you search Disney Dooney either. I wonder if it's something in the way she lists them or something??

I've had my D&B bag for a month now and I think it's going to get stuffed in the back of my closet. I LOVE the design but I hate the fabric of the bag. I feel like I'm going to break my wrist everytime I try to wrench my hand in to pull out my wallet or get something. Does anyone else have that problem? They're just so stiff. I've never had a D&B bag before and I never would have bought it if I hadn't fallen in love with how cute the bags are (and mine has the castle prominently on the front and back, which I LOVE) but I'm disappointed that it seems more like a collectible to store than something I can actually use.

Well it's white and has tassles, so yes? When I bought it there were three sizes; totes, wristlets, and one bag in between. Mine is the in-between one, the $150 one. It's got taupe-colored handles and tassles on the front and bottom sides.

Do we have a picture of the new tan/orange bag yet? I think I need to make up my mind before our vacation or else I'll end up with all 3 of the patterns! We won't have any money to eat for the rest of vacation, but I'll have cute bags....
