I agree, treating it might work as well. My dog decided to dig on my leather couch to "make a bed" and treating it helped a ton. You could always contact the seller to see what your options are. I guess that is one advantage to getting it through the Merchandise line if there is a problem however my experiences with them lately have been a pain in the rear..

Pets are wonderful, but sometimes our stuff pays a price for having them, doesn't it? I may contact the seller ... I'll get my dh's opinion when he gets home. Most likely though I'll just try to treat it and keep it -- I really love the bag!

YEAH !!! she didn't know why they had that one left and it was perfect..no disney land on it and tinkerbell and the castle were center stage..I had to call my husband to ask of course..and to my shock he said YES go ahead and get it...YEAH..I got pixie dust today..
