Well I finally got ahold of a CM regarding my bag, that I am disappointed in. I was trying to see if I could avoid paying another $30 shipping charge (I got a quote to send mine back, and big surprise, it was about $10!)...she kept saying it was my choice to re-order no, blah...blah...blah. I asked for a manager, got put on hold, then the CM would come back. After FOUR requests to speak to a manager the CM said I was on a waitlist for a new bag, but never actually said if they would help the shipping charge. I am VERY frustrated with Disney Merch right now. I just wanted a little help on the shipping since I was really upset with my placement. Just wishing I get a little pixie dust....oh well.

ive had SO MUCH frusteration with wdw merch as well. i am really hoping you have a good outcome! im going to write a letter about my complaints. it it NOT fair i had to wait a month to receive my order just to find out they sent me the wrong size shirt ... and they charged me $14.95 to ship 2 t-shirts. now ive waited another month to get the CORRECT size shirt ...

what type of bag was you looking for. I have 4 disneylands on my bag a full mickey on the front and mickey balloons. I have a tink under the closure in the back but not on the front. You can see her just a little of her head is cut off. The walt disney world is on the bottom of the bag. I was hoping I would get more walt disney than disneyland since we have never gone to california. if someone wants to do a trade i would be willing to take a chance since you are hoping that the other person is honest which i am sure everyone is. i just had a bad experience on another blog board that i use frequently and i paid money and never got my merchandise. I did finally get my money back after we contacted to moderators and they followed through with the person.

If you don't like your bag, you are able to exchange it or get a refund if you prefer. I did this at WOD after I saw a wristlet I liked better after I had already purchased one previously.

That is good to know. Unfortunately some of us are not able to do so...and have to order through the Merch line. I think it would be cool to start a thread on here for people that are not happy with their placement and want to do a trade...
