So called DW Merch and first got Marilyn.....horrible customer service skills.


Anyway, called back and talked to Sharon and they are NOT taking phone orders today....possibly this evening after the event. I was told to try on Monday.

She did give me the scoop on prices:

It looks like on the D&B site there are several sizes but I am guessing
it is similar to this one (because of the price). There is a crossbody pouchette on their site as well.

On the Pouchette - this is prounounced with some "french flair" if you will. They are very small bags - I have one, but I love it. The Dooney.com post with a link is the pouchette style.
Now, in the pictures that we have now of the new bags, there is not a "pouchette" style pictured, but I am hopeful that maybe there is one that we have not seen a pic of yet!!! The cross body bag with all the zippers is not the same as a pouchette - I think that is what they are calling the "Letter Carrier" (I have a letter carrier too). Hopefully one of the ladies going to the event today can give us more info on this! I would love to pay $60 for a pouchette with that Navy mickey pattern.

I am surprised at the prices - very high. The canvas "dome" styles are only $135 in regular Dooney world, so I am surprised to see a $175 price tag on those.

Does anyone know what the equivalent of the Champ Sac (Large Bag) would be on the Dooney site? I searched using Champ Sac and Champ Sack just in case the spelling was different and it turned up no results. Do you think it would be similar to the Juliette Hobo?

I agree on the prices....I wanted the large blue Mickey bag but I think since there is a pouchette option I will go for that for now.

I love my original sketch but I really want the new brown with the matching wallet. I think the pouchette, if it is available in pink, will be my 4yo daughter's first Dooney. She has a Juicy bag that she loves.
