Ok I'm a total idiot! I have the Original Sketch Wristlet and now the white Minnie Bow Wristlet (among quite a few other dooney's) and NEVER knew there was a pocket on the back of either of my wristlets....WOW! Thanks, lol

If you have the 1st edition of the sketch wristlet (yellow D&B banner and no Minnie), then it doesn't have a pocket. I have one and it's like this. I don't have a Minnie bow wristlet but I would assume it does have a pocket since now all of the snap wristlets do.

You're not alone! Get this, I just got a white balloon wristlet and was telling DH "I got a damaged one, it doesn't have the heart medallion like my sketch wristlet (old material)."

I didn't buy it but I probably will next time I go. It's really cute and good sized. I think it was around $40.00.

Has anybody sent their bag back to Dooney for repair? I'm just wondering how long it took to get it back. I sent mine and it arrived on the 12th. It's my Mickey balloon head satchel. I'm hoping to get it back before May 7th (our next trip home to VWL).

I sent mine off last year and it took exactly 8 weeks from the time they received it. I thought it was too long for them to keep it, all they had to do was exchange the strap out, but they kept it the entire time.

Wow, 8 weeks is a along time. I just sent my messenger last week and was told they were going to replace it. I called today and was told it was on back order and it should be 3-4 weeks

I kept my bag, I liked the placement and just wanted the strap fixed. and it took them that long to just mail me back a strap...

I hope it does not take that long to get yours back

Believe it or not of the 7 or 8 bags I Looked at today I didn't see even 1 that had a full Mickey, Minnie, and castle (unless you count the bottom panel) So sorry - I tried.

BTW, I looked in Downtown Disney and a couple of shops in Disneyland. I didn't venture over to California Adventure.

The problem is they generally only have a few of each style bag on display, the rest are still wrapped up in the back. So in reality there could be tons of stock, you just can't get to it.

What I wouldn't give to have access to all the stock rooms so I could search through every bag they have looking for the ones with perfect placement.

A few pages back I posted that I ordered my first dooney, the comic strip satchel, and that the zipper stuck and I wasn't wild about the placement. So I called disneystore and told them about the sticky zipper and I was told UPS would come pick it up in 3 to 5 days. A week later when they still had not come, I called again. This woman was apologetic and told me she would immediately email a return lable to print up myself. Two days later I still had not received that and so I called again. This lady told me the other lady had no idea what she was talking about and that an emailed label also takes 3 to 5 days. At this point I voiced my frustration that this was taking quite awhile and that I was worried they would be out of stock on the bag by the time it made it back to them. She assures me there are plenty in stock and I wait 3 more days for the label. I finally get the email and send the bag back. So today the bag made it back to disney and guess what?? It is now out of stock on the online!! What a frustrating experience. So there is my update, no dooney for me I guess.
