Dooney & Bourke Disney collaboration ~ part 3

Placement..... maybe it's just me. I don't really pay that much attention to it. Is there anyone else out there like me?

Some of them aren't worth buying the placement is so bad. Especially the first 2 incarnations of the sketch pattern. I wondered why they even bothered with them, if you're paying that much money, EVERY bag should be great.

ITA!! Even my husband agrees. It took me almost and hour to pick out my large sketch tote in MouseGears in Dec. He was very,very understanding about the placement and told me to take my time get the one that I want it was too expensive not too! I looked at at least 6 bags. Found one that I LOVED!!! The rest is history! LOL!!!! All of this while keeping my 8yr DS and my 4yr b/g twins amused.LOL!!!!

Uh, oh... the stripe pattern is growing on me... I REALLY like it as the wristlet I assume is in the little bag...

I already had the 40th messenger and wallet on my hit (uh, wish) list...

The stripe pattern is better in person-I think it was just the pictures from eBay that made my eyes hurt but in the picture on here it looks better-actually really cute. I like the fabric Dooney used with the stripe pattern also.

I'm another that's very picky about placement - though with some prints it's really important and others not so much. But I can totally relate to taking a long time to choose the perfect bag!

I was really hoping I would love the 40th WDW as much as the 55th DL, since I am a WDW girl having gotten to go south many more times than west), but at least from looking at them online, I think the 40th is almost too busy. We are going to be at the world in less than 2 weeks, so I will see what I think after seeing it in person. If I am not totally in love, I may have to beg a Californian on here to pick up a 55th one over there.

I can't see them either.

As far as the 40th, I think you might be bringing one home Swmhc. I don't think they're any busier than the DL version, and the background is creamy colored, almost antiqued, so it softens the pattern even more.
Can ya tell I love mine?

Here are the pictures. I organized my photobucket albums and didn't realize it would remove them when I just moved them to one combined album. The messenger is my favorite and I will be using it when go go to WDW

My favorite picture on the bag is the banner that says Walt Disney World in red. I also like the key, the red picture with Mickey & Minnie, and the Mickey ears. What is anyone else's favorite part of the 40th design?

Oooooh Rachel they are fab!!!!! I love the cute stripe wristlet. Did you get them from Ebay?

My favourite of the 40th style is the Messenger. I think my fave elements are the red WDW writing, the Mickey ears and the subtle park logos.

Love seeing all the pictures...I should be getting my new bag any day now...

I want to bring it with me on our Trip to WDW in May, but I dont take a purse into the parks with me, so I am nto sure I want to bring it and just leave it in our hotel room? Anyone bring their bags to the parks?
