Dooney & bourke Disney collaboration part 2

I just spent almost 1/2 hour on hold with Disney customer service because the order I placed earlier today did not give me the free shipping even though it said I qualified The CM I spoke with first told me to go ahead and place the order and then give her the order number and she would call me back in 15 minutes with the adjusted figures Seven hours later I called again and got a lovely CM, Angela who is sending me a $10 gift card for the shipping charges I asked the first CM about getting the on-line gift cards for the price adjustment on the two orders I placed on 11/21 and 11/22 and she said she couldn't do that So I asked Angela and it was easy for the order for the Mickey wallet but because I used my Disney Visa on the Mickey Wonder Tote Bag (my first Dooney and Bourke bag ) she couldn't adjust it since I couldn't get both discounts I told her I did not expect both discounts and since I have not even received the bag, I could refuse delivery and order one tonight with the 20% off After putting me on hold while she checked with someone, Angela came back and said she would be able to do the on-line gift card for that one too So now I will have $35 more dollars to spend, thanks to this awesome thread I can't wait to see my new bag which should be here on Tuesday at the latest Glad you all warned me about "the addiction" because on my order today I got the matching Wonder wristlet too

Just ordered a black wonder tote!! My first disney Dooney ever (although I do have a few regular Dooney's)! I seemed to be charged shipping for the cosmetics bag as well, and not only that, but when I put the code in it showed it listed as "not eligible for this order" even though my order shows that I did get (and pay for) the bag??!! The Disney site is so screwy..I hope everything is right!!

This is how my order was too...but it looks like it did work. My email confirmation shows the cosmetics bag. Disney is not the only site where I have had issues like this when using codes. I order Fannie May chocolates often, and recently had an issue with a code that appeared to have not applied to my order, when in fact it had. Sure is aggravating!

I agree! I called a little aftre 7 and waited only about 15-18 minutes. Got a total of $25 coming to me! Hoping for a cyber monday deal

i was on hold for 4 and a half hours last night and NEVER GOT THROUGH .... i am SO FRUSTERATED! and so is everyone else in my house coz they had to listen to those christmas songs on speaker phone the WHOLE TIME!

so i finally got a hold of someone after another 48 minutes on hold! I spoke with a lovely CM named Nina, she talked to her supervisor and got me $60 on a merch credit! she rounded up much like others have said here. i should have it within 48 hours and she said they can only put $30 on each merch credit so i will be sent 2!! im so happy even though it was so STRESSFUL being on hold that LONG!

That's great! My kids were going to kill me, we listened to the music for 3 hours while working on my son's school project.

I'm curious to see if they'll do an additional adjustment monday.

im not going to bother asking for an additional adjustment, im quite pleased with my $60 and heres hoping it shows up in my email on monday morning!

agreed! i work retail and by the end of yesterday my store was EMPTY! So props to the ds.com for having a good amount of everything ... except the snowman 9" vinylmation i wanted! dang!

I did just get a response to my email. However the CM, Greg, told me that the items were not on sale. I guess not 2 days later. He actually went on to say that those items are hardly ever on sale (well they obviously were). Oh well, good thing I called them instead of waiting for a response.

I believe the Disney Blog said the cosmetic bags were only online, not at the parks.
