I just got off the phone with a really nice cm and she said I should have the gift cards sent to my email within 48 hours. For the Susanna tote it is a $57 card and for the Margot it is a $25 dollar one.

Boo! Guess I will take my chances with the e-mail then. And with having to pay the shipping and the "reduced price" issued for returning the cosmetic bag I am not going to bother with trying to buy and return either... just hope for pixie dust with the e-mail.

I ordered the Mini Margo in white and the Black drawstring one. That will will bring my collection to six. I've always had a purse problem and they just have to keep bringing out more cute ones.

yup! ive got 6 too.. if i EVER get through to ds.com (ive been on hold for one hour 39 minutes) im totally using my merch credit towards the margot

No additional discount on the cosmetic bag since it was already a sale item. The CM was very nice and actually rounded the amount up to $45 even though it was $44 and some change. . Let's see if I want to use it on another Dooney

NICE! I hope i have as good of luck as you .. i am STILL on HOLD! It has been 2 hours and 7 minutes ... grrrr im gonna tough it out though i could really use the savings from my susanna tote probably about $54 towards my margot!

i actually didnt go for either of those coz i like a shoulder of crossbody style better. i do think alot of people here are getting the satchel though
