did someone posted new pictures of the DCL colored bags ?? I think I heard red , yellow , and navy were out in the DCL pattern ??

There's a navy one on e-bay, if you do a search for Disney Dooney cruise, the listing has quite a few pictures up. I haven't seen any feedback or pictures of the red and yellow ones yet, but I think they just showed up on last weeks' cruise, so we may have to be patient for awhile. We need a Dooney obsessed cruiser with a camera to report back soon!

Well, I just pretty much guaranteed everybody there will be a new Dooney Disney wallet out soon since I just broke down and bought a non Disney Dooney wallet in red.

I'm not sure anyone can answer with much certainty, unless someone here has an inside track to higher-up's in the know at Disney and/or D&B. If so, fess up.

Hallowishes was the first to report a Disney D&B sighting here on the Dis, and that was in October of 2009, so the collaboration really is still fairly new.

It seems to me that they've actually rolled out quite a few collections in the space of a year, and I wouldn't expect to see quite as many new collections this year, but that's total speculation on my part. I certainly have no inside info on what their plans are. I wish I did.

The only collection I've had multiple CM's verify will be a limited run is the DL 55 pattern, and I think we all figured that would be the case anyway.

I hope more folks chime in with their thoughts soon though.

Hallowishes is in WDW right now... she said that letter carriers are just as everyone suspected, and had only seen blue and green at MK... No new styles to report as of yet. I figured I'd post that for her, since she's on vacation and all...and I stalk her via texts to find out what is happening there!

I'm still hoping for a new style to be released while Hallowishes is at WDW. Since she was the one to discover and report about the first Disney Dooney bags here on the Dis, I think that would be perfect!

I will say that it's funny how different colors seem to be in short supply at WDW vs DL.

I popped into Vault 28 this week and they had plenty of green and yellow letter carriers, but only 2 pink, 1 blue, and of course no purple. That follows how the CM felt they had been selling in general. He said purple is without a doubt the most popular, that blue and pink run neck and neck for 2nd, and both yellow and green seem to trail pretty far behind.

But I remember someone reporting that a CM at WDW said yellow seems to be pretty popular there. Interesting.

From the pictures I don't love the new cruise colors, but I've learned I need to see the bags in person before making a final call. When I first saw a picture of the colored sketch bags I didn't like the blue at all, but when I actually saw them in person, blue was definitely one of my favorites.

Can I just say that I think selling Disney Dooney's with stock photo's really stinks though. How long does it take to snap a couple of photo's of the actual bag for sale and post them? Honestly, whether I like a bag or not has everything to do with pattern placement. I can't imagine buying from stock photo's.

I totally agree with you on stock photos. If I'm paying more than retail I want to know what it is. My purple LC shipped today from Disneyshopping, I'm really hoping for good placement. If I could've been sure to get one in the parks I would have waited. I really don't like the surprise and I've seen some that I really didn't like just because of the placement...

Just got back from a 3 day trip to the world and came home with no Dooney's.

I really wanted a pink or purple letter carrier and could not find one anywhere. I debated about getting a pink wristlet, but those were limited and I didn't like the placement pattern on any of them. I am going back in 6 weeks, so I am hoping for better luck then.

Also, debating about getting one off of disneyshopping, but I am worried about placement.
