Hello,
Haven't been to US/IOA for ten years! Can I bring my Dooney and Bourke bag, small one (forget what it's called) that you can cross over your body, on the rides? or will i have to store it in a locker? Going with just hubby, :thumbsup2 leaving the kids behind!!, and am excited about not being bogged down with a large backpack with kid stuff - but i need a place for camera and phone.
TIA

If it ain't a fanny pack, they will make you stow it.

although, I did see someone get on FJ with a really slim, small, fabric messenger style bag, but she had partially concealed it under her jacket. (It was Jan and chilly).

Agree, you will have to stow that bag or get lucky and not have to. Pockets in pants are great places for phone and small camera. If you really want a bag to have on the rides, then yes, the ever fashionable fanny pack with a secure clip.

When it's too hot, I wear a fanny pack. I hate to carry things and the lockers can be a pain when your fingerprint does not open the locker and the time it takes to use them.

We will be there in less than a week. We are excited to return after our first visit last year.

Have a great trip! No kids are a vacation in itself.

They must have missed it. I was there a couple years ago and had a very thin Vera Bradley minihipster cross body on under my coat and honestly with the coat zipped up, just forgot I had it on. The CM saw a tiny bit of it hanging out from under my jacket and made me go back and put it in a locker, saying no bags were allowed except a fanny pack. It didn't matter that it was small, crossbody, and under a jacket. Here's the one I got called on:

It also has to be a three prong attachment. Not sure the right word for it.

Mine has the 3 prong attachment, but DH has one that didn`t, it was just a clip one. We went on every ride most days and kept them on, and on our last day a TM stopped him going on the Mummy saying he wouldn`t allow him to ride because it didn`t have 3 prongs.

Although he was correct, DH told him he had ridden every day for 16 days with it and the TM said he didn`t believe him!!!!

We never even gave it a thought that his was a different clip from mine and no-one over the 4 years he has it has ever said anything otherwise.

Now we know we will get him a new one for next year with the 3 prong clip.

To OP........have a wonderful trip :)
