I got a Disney gift card for Christmas, so I took the plunge and bought me a Dooney and Bourke wristlet. It is the one with the colored mickeys on black. I LOVE it. I figured you are suppose to spend those gift cards on something you would not normally buy, so I decided this is what I really wanted. I got the make-up case for 15 dollars all so. Merry Late Christmas to Me!!!!!:cool1::yay:

Very nice! I saw them at GCH at DLR. I like the bigger bags, but don't want to spend that much on a bag. The smaller one is cute but I know I don't have a use for just a small one. Can I ask what you use it for? Do you go somewhere will just that for a purse? I'm just curious. (And/or looking for an excuse to get one...) :goodvibes

When we went to WDW in Oct., daughter in law used a wristlet as the only bag she carried. It worked great for her. Now my son had the back pack, but still, I really liked the idea. It hung from her wrist and there was less chance that she would set it down somewhere. I hate carrying a purse all the time. This is big enough for my change purse and phone. I just put any debit or credit cards, and cash, I think I would need when we go out in it and it has worked great. If I need to make a quick run to the store, I just grab it and go.

I never would spend that kind of money on something like this. So it was really fun for me to order it. I am not a name brand person, so this was sorta special for me.

Hey girl!

I used mine in the park until I bought the 55th letter carrier bag.

I carry a computer bag to work and the wristlet is perfect to just tuck my wallet in, a little zipped Chinese satin purse with CCs, ID, and a bit of cash and some accessories lika a lipstick.

I also find that I can pull the wristlet out easily and throw it in a large duffle or tote for mall shopping.

Yes, a gift card is a chance to buy something special. :lovestruc It would be cute for the small stuff in a bigger purse. I'm not a brand name person either but put something Disney on it and suddenly I'm interested. :)

As for at the parks, now the boys are teens, I have declaired my freedom from the backpack. DH and the boys take turns. I carry a small Baggalini that can go around my waist or across my shoulders. I'm in charge of the APs, FPs, and the camera. I think it would bother me to carry something on my wrist all day but not sure. Maybe I'd like that better. Enjoy your bag! :goodvibes
