Donuts at the Contemporary

I want to get a dozen or so donuts one evening at the Contemporary, for a birthday. I know they have baked goods onsite but they don’t have specific menus online and I wasn’t sure if they carry donuts or if they sell out after the morning. Any suggestions? Fun Disney themed donuts would be a big bonus but if they’re not available standard donuts work too!

The two places I can think of would be Contempo Grounds (same floor as check-in desk) and Contempo Cafe (next to Chef Mickey's). Grounds is a 'to go' type of coffee place that sells donuts/pastries/bagels/etc. When we last stayed there in 2019, the selection of items changed daily. Cafe is more cafeteria style with a variety of food served all day long. Might try talking to someone who works at either place the day prior to see if you can pre-order your donuts or they might give you options on how this can be done. Never went to Grounds later in the day, so I can't say if they keep restocking or just sell whatever they have for that day.

Pre-covid, the gift shops of hotels that had dvc sections, such as Contemporary, had boxed Entenmann's baked goods, so I would expect donuts. But I haven't been there recently so i can't report back.

If you're going to need other stuff (water, snacks), you could include donuts in a grocery delivery order.

There are Entenmann's donuts in the Fantasia Market, main concourse level in the corner, of the Contemporary.

When I was there in March 2022, the Contempo Cafe had varieties of cupcakes and danish, but no donuts.

I honestly can not recall any place selling donuts other than the prepackaged as mentioned above. There are/were shops at CR, Poly and GF that have far better pastries and cookies than what is sold at CS locations however when they are sold out they do not get restocked. If you are looking for themed I would consider cupcakes while I am not a fan some do look good. If you wnat better quality pastries I would go to the shops early as you can.

The Joffrey's kiosks in Epcot have donuts. If there's any chance you'll be in the MK before your event, perhaps the kiosk there (in Tomorrowland) does too.

It would be difficult, I'm thinking either delivery or maybe the Ear For Each Other group. I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing an obvious spot at the Contemporary but it sounds like there isn't a "for sure" donut option there.

You could go down to the Publix bakery by Celebration, they do nice donuts there, better than the prepackaged Entemanns. Just another suggestion just in case you do get stuck.

Yes, I should have specified "for sure" all day long. It sounds like mornings they have them but we will do a mad rope drop dash with littles in the morning. I might call about making arrangements for a box later in the day although I'm thinking delivery might be simpler.

Thanks! The website says they do not deliver to my address when I put in the Contemporary’s address, but I might try calling to see if that’s a website glitch.
