they came back with a ridiculous offer yesterday of almost 40% under market value

Looks like we will have to do it the hard way and put the house on the market. I really fancied a stress free move but it's obviously not to be

Oh thats a shame Wendy, but you cant let it go at that rate, I agree, you never know you may just be lucky and get a buyer fairly quick, I hope so, let us know how it all goes
