DON'T WAIT to buy your MNSSHP TICKETS!!

The 2nd MNSSHP on October 8th was a sell-out! We came down for the party and were unable to go! I thought I had heard you could buy tickets the morning of the party, but according to the CM's on the phone you cannot buy your tickets over the phone for that night's party! You have to drive over to the MK and buy them directly from Guest Relations. Since we were staying near Universal, I decided to just leave early so I wouldn't make two trips.... Wrong decision!

If I had known there was a danger of a sellout, I would have driven over early to do this. Later, when I was talking to Guest Relations, I was told there is no way for them to know if that night is going to be a sell-out. HUH? Don't computers compute? If that is the case, how do they know when to quit selling them? (You'd think a programmer could put a flag on the screen that X amount of tickets remain to be sold.)

So, live and learn.. but I just wanted to warn anyone else who was waiting to buy their tickets when they got here, to rethink that plan!

Thanks for the warning! I was planning on buying them last minute, because I wanted to check the weather first. I really don't want to spend all that money if it is going to rain. I don't understand how they don't know how many are left.

Sorry you missed it. Now I know I'm not going to fuss over our costumes.

Computers compute, but Disney does not show how many tickets are left to the sellers. (Part of thier plan not to tell you how many people are going!)

I bought our tix for October 26 way back in July but we were thinking we'd also like to attend October 24. I was just going to wait to buy tix for the 24th when we got there but decided last week to just go ahead and order them. Sure glad I did!

Disbug, thanks for the warning. I am heading to WDW very soon and was just going to buy my ticket after I arrived. I definitely need to re-think that decision and purchase it in advance.
