I saw on Facebook a Disney World Personal Shopper. They were at World of Disney for the latest Vera Bradley bags. I thought I would try them out. I PayPal paid them $300 for items that cost under $200 in person. It was for shipping, tax, 30% fee etc. then I waited and waited and waited! I kept texting and messaging them but nothing. 4 weeks later I'm fed up! I opened a dispute on them with PayPal. Now I have their attention! They say oh it was going out tonight! Yeah right! She says I'll just refund your money. Do buyer beware!
