Don't trust photo pass!!

The same thing happened to us last Christmas too. We stood around for at least 20 minutes waiting our turn to get pictures of all of us (myself and my DH, my DD, SIL and 2 DGS) as well as DH & I with the DGS and DD & her family at the Osborne Lights. We weren't certain the pics on our camera would come out well and we wanted to be sure to have good ones. Those were the photos I was most excited to see and they are of course the ones that are missing. We contacted Disney and from the info on pictures we took right before and after were able to give them a date, time range of less than 30 minutes and description of our family but they still were not able to find our photos. :(
 
We had pictures missing from our photopass card but Disney were able to trace them and added them to the site. I must admit I was pretty impressed that they managed to find them.

I was less impressed with some of the framing, we too had the top of the sorcerors hat missing, on a couple of the pictures half of the shot is in deep shade so you can see two of my children and Lilo but my youngest and Stitch are practically invisible. Also the pics I had taken in front of RnR are very blurry and on one of them my daughter has 3 arms, looks kind of like a double exposure the picture I had taken with my youngest and Tink outside the castle was also disappointing as she has her eyes shut, all teh other photographers had taken a couple of frames I guess to avoid this but unfortunately not this one.

I would use the service again but I wouldn't rely on it.
