Don't tell me I'm back in Canada....

Hey everyone,

I unfortunately just got back to Ottawa on Monday after a week's vacation at DisneyWorld. My husband and I stayed at Disney's Caribbean Beach resort and had a wonderful time.

I have a bit of advice though - never, ever go to DisneyWorld the week after Easter. The parks were setting attendance records and it was the worse crowds I've ever seen (it was my 4th visit to the parks in 13 years).

Anyway, I just had to lament the fact that I was back at work, and I'm sick to boot!

Hi Sandi- I know what you mean about coming back to reality after a great trip! It is hard to get back into the swing of things! What type of transportation did you use while there? How early did you need to get to the airport when leaving Orlando?

Hi Sandi! WELCOME BACK! We loved CBR last year! We are going to CSR next week. We considered Easter week too, but worried about the crowds. My Dad just got back from Italy at Easter and he said it was a zoo!

I remember going back to work after last year's trip. I sooooooo was not ready! This year I took off the week after we return (except I have to do only one class two days after I return, but it's only a 60 minute yoga class, think I can handle it). But last year I wasn't ready and it felt horrible. All the laundry and grocery shopping takes time! I am cooling it the week before and the week after this trip. I only have 4 classes next week before trip.

How was the weather? It's been looking great!

START PLANNING THE NEXT TRIP! I haven't even left for the 2002 trip and I am planning the 2004 trip! LOL! Sandra

Went to WDW in '97 the week before Easter.......Crowds, crowds, crowds!!!!! There were more people than in my whole province! LOL! Glad you had a great trip!
