We are officially Yacht Clubbers again. Our ressie has been changed and we will be back at Yacht Club 19-31 August 2014 to celebrate our second wedding anniversary and DDs 10th Birthday. She will be an official Disney Adult.

If we're being particular about the list, we did upgrade to CL in the end, so now we're YC CL from 8/3 to 8/9. We lost our GV, though -- there weren't any available.

By the way, sometime on the 9th we'll have pool noodles to give away if anyone wants them. I'm not willing to pay $4 for a pool noodle when I can get them at home for $1, but there's no way I'm lugging them back home again!

OMG! The be our guest list for August is insane!!!!! Wow

I just counted and there are 69 DISfamilies who overlap our YC stay! Unfortunately on our dates we won't get to meet Teena though.

I have a question for the folks getting the bands...did you all do online check in? I'm coming in on 8/31 to BC but don't want to risk any chance at all of getting the bands. My online check in is forcing me to assign a pin which we never do charges on our ktw cards.

I don't believe BC is in the MB testing (it's AKL, CR and YC) and you could opt out if you wanted to. I did do online check in and saw that I was able to customize bands and book all my FP+ a few weeks later. Never got an email, still haven't. The bands were shipped to me and I got them last week. We are at 25 days to go now, arriving Aug 23 at YC, from what I see people are getting the email at 17 days out, but getting the bands before then.

We are counting down the days for our upcoming YC stay We received our magic bands and got an email confirming that we are testers. So does the band have to be activated in some way at check-in at the resort? Just wondering how all that will work.

Also, I want to thank my fellow YC/BC lovers on this thread for introducing us to TastyKakes! I was very pleasantly surprised to find them at my local grocery store all the way down here in Texas!! Bought a box of the chocolate peanut butter ones yesterday. Very yummy indeed!

I'm sorry if this is redundant but I haven't found the answer combing through this thread. We're staying for the first time at the Beach Club villas (one bedroom). Usually we do 2 separate rooms at the Yacht club.
I see that there is a coffee maker. Do we bring our own coffee? Is there milk available for purchase in the lobby? We're using Magical Express from MCO, not stopping anywhere.
Also, no robes are provided, correct?

Very nervous about this choice, as we have 2 teens and will be sharing one bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!

Guess what ! We are at the hospital waiting for a little princess to be born. Got the call at 4:30 .

There is milk at the Marketplace and you do not get robes.

We are in the Houston area. Maybe she can find them in Dallas too. I can totally understand how someone can get hooked on them! (And here I am trying to "cut back" a bit on the eating before our trip and yet seeking out new snacks )
