DON'T order pins from marcimouse !!

Just a warning because I bumped up the old thread (which is a positive thread about her) by replying about ordering from her....I ordered and paid 14 days ago from this person and have not received my pins and she has ignored all 3 e-mails I sent just asking when they would be shipped !!

I ordered pins from him 2 weeks ago, paid by paypal and received them in less than a week and he even emailed me letting me know when they would be shipped. Did you try sending the emails thru ebay? I usually find I get faster responses that way.

I purchased pins on the 10th from Marcimouse and I sent an email asking when they had been shipped. However, I never got a response to my email. I have won two other bids from different sellers since her's and I have received both of them. I'm hoping to get her order soon.

Please say it isn't so. I sent my money order on Monday so it is a little quick for me yet but I sure hope I didn't just throw my money out the window.

I thought the same thing...but....I checked her feedback and he/she has been actively using E-bay for the past couple of weeks !!!

I've ordered from this person several times. She's always sent her items.
She is a slow shipper. Every time I've ordered it's taken up to 3 weeks to get my pins, but they do arrive. She's also never answered any of my emails. This last time I bought the little envelope she mailed my 4 pins in was postmarked 22 days after I paid.
She has nice pins though. I'll still order... as long as I don't mind waiting 3 weeks for my stuff to arrive.

I hope it doesn't take over 3 weeks for my pins to get here. I'm be at WDW then and it will be too late to use them as traders.

Gee, guess that means I'll just have to plan another trip

If I had to wait three weeks for something that I promptly paid for, I would have to leave negative feedback for sure. That is just unacceptable! Not to mention rude.......

Ebay policy is that a seller must ship items within 30 days, so she is certainly within her right to ship at 3 weeks.

They have Incredible pins at the DS for $3.37 and you dont have to wait for them to be shipped.

I had a problem with someone else. I paid for my pins on 11/2/04. Never heard from seller. I finally emailed her at the end of the week and she responded that she mailed them on 11/8/04. I have ordered many things on ebay and everything comes so fast and when she did not respond to my second email, I contaced ebay and my credit card (paid through paypal). I finally received the package today. So I guess it could take that long but if any seller is reading this, please respond to buyer's email. I have to get the charges reversed back to paypal (seller) but all of this could have been avoided if she had responded.

I also ordered pins from marcimouse on Nov. 4th and still have not received them! I also have emailed a few times asking when they will be shipped with no response. I almost sent another one today, but decided to wait a few more days. I paid instantly with paypal and am not very happy that they are not here yet.

Please post if and when you receive them, and I will do the same.

It's really good to hear that i'm not the only one this happened to !! I guess what really makes me mad is that I also paid immediately and the least she can do is respond to my e-mails !! I understand sometimes things happen, but I think over 2 weeks is rediculous to wait for something! I also think it's very rude to not respond to people's e-mails ! I am going to leave negative feedback... I hope others will too.....why ...so others know how long they have to wait and know that she will not reply to e-mails !! I have 100% feedback and i'm willing to risk a retaliation from her ! As a seller and/or buyer, I always reply to e-mails ! It's just called common courtesy !

Hi also paid for my order on the 4th. Still waiting. I did receive a email on the 8th saying they were shipped. But have not seen them yet. Only one unsanswered email so far.

Hope she just had a slight mixup or something.

I used buy it now to purchase some on the 5th, paid right away ,got an email on the 8th saying they would ship right away, and then bid and won on some more on the 11th (paid right away on those too) and have heard nothing about these. Now I wish I hadn't bid on the second batch
I sent an email this week also to find out when and how they were shipped and did not get a reply. I'm leaning toward negative or neutral feedback at best, because of the slow shipping and lack of communication

I'm sorry to say it but I'm glad I'm not alone

I don't think a good seller would EVER wait that long to ship.

She may be within ebay's guidlines, but I think she is an awful seller. Poor communication, lack of concern for her buyers and a "let 'em wait" attitude. I would follow the OPs title advice and NOT buy from this lackluster seller.
