I posted this on the resorts board where I typically post and then noticed this board. Sorry for the duplication.
We just checked out of the Poly this morning. Before leaving, I asked the concierge if there was a discount for booking prior to checking out.
They didn't know, but gave me the WDW Travel Company number, 800-327-2996. I called them and was offered 35% off at any deluxe resort.
I booked 7 nights at the Grand Floridian in November for $2600
