Don't miss at Epcots Countries...

I checked Steve Soares' page which has tons of great info. Are the times for the performances posted in the park or available in a times guide when you get there? I'd rather not print a ton of stuff from the web site if it will be available in the parks.

Thanks!

Audrey

We love the Voices of Liberty who sing in the rotunda (sp?) before the American Adventure show starts.

I can't beleive you missed the World Showcase. That is the best part of Epcot! It is great to walk around in the evening. It is alway our first stop on our arrival day. Be sure to check it out on your next trip!

When we went in 2004 during the Funai Classic we say Jiminy Cricket in England. I am not big into character photos but a friend who is was so upset we didn't get DS's picture done with him. She said he is rarely out in the parks. We've also seen Princess Aurora in the French pavillion.
Always though Pinocchio characters were only in Italy

Also Brother Bear characters in canada and Belle and Esmerelda in France, Snow White in Germany, Mulan in China

Yes, all of the info will be on the times guides. You can get them at your resort or at the front of the parks. Also, please keep in mind that Steve updates his site on Saturday evenings, and it is very likely that this week's times will be different from your week as the crowds will have diminished somewhat. So, while you can use them to plan a little, those times listed today are not set in stone for your week. HTH

I love Picking a Pearl in Japan. Thats so much fun!

My son picked a pearl on our last trip. It was beautiful a 7mm silver pearl. He wants to do it again on our next trip and mom wants a pair of earings.
At Norway my vote is the sweet almond pretzel.

Sorry, it doesn't go anymore. Theres a new Character Connection spot in Future world to meet the charcaters-its a pity, the bus was great fun when they all did their dance on the top deck.

Oh no! When did they stop doing the bus? We saw it just last year!

I totally agree, the BUS was awesome! My kids loved watching it pull up and seeing all the characters on it! What a shame. That was an Epcot highlight for us! :wizard:

First they take away the Living Statues in France, now the bus! :sad2: Loved both. Bring back the statues!! Epcot is our family's favoirte park. When we told the girls we were going back to WDW we were told we had to go to Epcot.

Seven trips to WDW and we finally saw the American Adventure - you shouldn't miss it.

Japan is great - the drummers are fun to watch and there are Koi in the pond. As to the candy lady, if your child will get upset if he/she doesn't get picked - don't stay for the whole thing. My DD wasn't upset, but we were there really early and because she's tall - she was pushed out of the way by people who thought their little kids should be in front. She was upset about that.

Stay at an Epcot resort - you'll get there faster and for us, we went there more because we were so close.

Anna

My dd loves Future World so we probably spend more time there than most do. But we really didn't appreciate EPCOT until our trip in December. It is definitely a cooler park than people think! I'm disappointed to hear about the bus though. Who do we complain too? What a shame.

Anyway, for you experts with little kids - have you done the passports? I haven't tried it but dd will turn 4 this trip and I wonder if she's old enough to understand the concept. I think it would be a great experience for all of us. Any comments?
