Triple D's Rock

The numbers that a lot of you are putting up for this week are awesome. It is incredible what we are all accomplishing. I just feel so proud to be a part of this team.

Now, for my totals. I had a pretty large goal for myself this week and I was able to obtain it. I don't know if I will try to go for it again but I did it this week.

Miles Total: 204 (Biking and Walking)

Time Total: 20 hours (Weight lifting, abs and cardio)

Let me just tell you, I am tired. I will be going to bed soon.

Great job team!

Bryan

Hey team! After a protracted break from the action, I started back to training this week and am loving it. I am NOT used to the humidity of Alabama yet though - can't believe how much sweat one body can produce. Though I am late in posting, I had 22 running miles last week, with 202.4 minutes.

Apparently my wife was still signed in and I failed to check it - the previous post is actually mine! Sorry!

Morning Triple D's I have been MIA for about a month, during that time there was little exercise other then messing around with kids. I did manage to start moving a little more last week.

5/23 - 5/29

3.63 miles
35.09 minutes

I managed to get on the road bike Friday for 15 miles and raced a 5K yesterday , but i'll put those in next week.

Hope everyones training or exercising is going well.:thumbsup2

Hi, team...

My totals for the last week of May through 5/31:

Swim: 1.7 miles/1:25
Bike: 15.1 miles/1:05
Run: 8.0 miles/1:55

Triathlon race: .5 mile swim/12.5 mile bike/3.1 mile run = 16.1 miles, doubled is 32.2 miles/1:30

Charity bike ride: 37 miles (doubled is 74 miles)/2:40
(unfortunately, I developed a major spasm in my neck, and a planned 65 mile ride turned into 37.)

Total miles: 131
Total hours: 8:35

Hopefully, I'll get back into the swing of things...one more week until I see the SO and deal with the relationship.

I was still in winding down from Vacation/unpacking mode last week so my totals are not great, but here they are:

Weights: 220 minutes
Softball: 60 Minutes
Running: 47:55 and 9.98 Miles (includes doubled miles for a race)

This week I should be back up to normal.

This coming Sunday I am going to ride in an annual event put on by a local bike club here.
The route I do is the 65 mile one.
Someone mentioned races and events are double miles?

Congratulations Augie on doing the 100 mile route
instead of the 65 mile route:thumbsup2
:worship: That is a LOT of biking in one day!!!!

Cross trainng -pilates, step, pump n crunch 150 minutes

Vic - Sorry but I missed posting last week's miles (so pitiful it was easy to forget).

Last week - 11.22 miles/87 minutes

This week - 18.35 miles/152 minutes

Keep up the good work everyone!

Team Triple D How is everyone doing this week? My week has been good, minus the day I had a bug fly into my eye while walking. Other than that, I have had a good week. I was also going to put up some good numbers today but I stubbed my toe against the bed. Ouch! That hurts.

Well, my totals for the week are:

Miles: 112.5
Hours: 15

My hours are stying high because I have added a lot more walking to my workout routine. If I am going to start doing some 5ks and such, I have to train those muscles. Otherwise, I do hope that everyone is doing well.

You guys and gals ROCK!!!:thumbsup2 :cool1:

Hope everyone is having a good weekend. I have some mliles and time to report.

I biked 188 miles this week. 106 of them were at an event I did. Not a race, but an event where you had to pay to enter. I am not sure if that counts for double, so I am leaving it at 188. Biking time was 13 hours.

Only ran twice this week, 3 miles in about 30 minutes, and I did a 5K today in 23:00. So that will count for 6, so running is 9 miles and 53 minutes.

Have a good week!

Hi - I want to post my totals for last week:

Biking - 3.7 miles, 27 minutes (a quick ride with my son!)
Pilates - 30 minutes
Running - 12.96 miles, 172 minutes

Totals: Miles - 16.66, Minutes - 229

Hope everyone is having a great weekend! Stay cool!

hey all :goodvibes

busy week for me, so not great hours...

Have a good week everyone!

Great miles Augie! I vote for double biking miles!:thumbsup2

My totals for last week:

Weight Lifting: 250Mins
Running: 15.22 Miles in 82:57 (Includes doubled miles for a race)
Biking: 11.3Miles in 51:16
Softball: 60 Minutes

Ok so I have been a little absent lately but I have been getting in at least a little something every week. I just realized I have to report for 4 weeks!!! :scared1:

5/8-5/14 - 8.5 miles 2 hours 16 mins
5/15-5/21 - 3.5 miles 50 mins
5/22-5/31 - 17.5 miles 3 hours 12 mins 46 secs (I had a race this week so I counted 6.2 miles for my 5k)
6/1-6/7 - 4.5 miles 1 hour 10 mins

So far this week looks good - my DH started going out running with me and so far we went out 3 times already since Friday.

Hey Triple D's! Hope everyone has had a good week and that no one has been affected by the flooding, tornadoes, etc. We've had a small one hit outside of town a couple of nights ago, a couple of residences and a commercial bldg. destroyed, but nothing compared to some other towns in our state. I've spent the last couple of days doing disaster aid with the Red Cross in a small town 40 miles east of us that had several blocks demolished. It's a very rewarding experiences but also a very humbling experience. It really makes me appreciate my own good fortune and also renews my belief that there are many good, kind, helpful people in the world.

Here are my hours for the past week:
20 miles - 340 minutes (combo walking, weight training, pilates, etc.)
