Alright Team!!

I get so excited when I read about what all of you are accomplishing week in and week out. Some may be doing more than others in miles but everyone has circumstances that get in the way and cause issues for us to miss workouts or minimize workouts.
Betsy I just have to say that you are awesome. You are trying to battle through an injury that is a huge hinderance, train for your triathalon season and plus all of the traveling you have to do with work. It is impressive what you still are attempting to do!
Liz Congratulations on the good numbers. I am hoping that your teacher tests went good a couple of weeks ago but since you haven't mentioned it recently, I am guessing it did. By the way, wtg on the shopping trip recently.
Big Vic Oh Captain! My Captain! Here is some

wishing your schedule will lighten up a little. I know how frustrating it can be when things prevent you from achieving goals you have set for yourself.
Kzmarathon Running 20 miles in a week.

That is fantastic. I felt like my leg was going to cramp up after "wogging" one mile. Doing 20 is phenominal. Way to go!
SamSam Another week with good numbers. You are staying very steady and consistant.
BamaEd It is frustrating to do all of these miles of cardio and not see any movement on the scale. I have found out that due to all of the calories that I am burning, it is making it where I am eating more and more. I am eating pretty clean but I am eating too much before bed so my body doesn't have a chance to burn off the calories the way it should. That's why my weight loss has come to a stand still. Just realize that you are doing great, you are making yourself healthier and in the end, you will be happier than ever before.
Totals This week was amazing for me due to all of the time that I had that I could have spent at the gym. But I had to make a choice. I was able to take a lot of time off from work this week so I would go directly to the gym and do my normal style of workout but not try to kill myself by overdoing it. By doing it that way, I was able to spend more time at home with my kids as well so we all won.

Now for my totals:
Walking - 4 miles (1 hour)
Biking - 116 miles (7 hours)
Training - Weights, abs and stretching (6 hours)
Total miles - 120 miles
Total training time - 14 hours
Have a great Easter everyone!!!
