Donald's Defiant Dashers Team Challenge

For the week ending 10-23 I got in 17.3 miles.

In case I forgot, the week ending 10-17 I got in 14.7 miles.

Sorry and thanks

Scott,

I got your miles but if you can, I need your time also.

Thanks for everything!
Bryan

I feel so terrible that I haven't been posting! Prob. like everyone else...life, etc, just getting in the way. And I haven't been all that motivated since my Ironman, so I have been sort of slacking.

Bryan...I will have totals for the last several weeks for you by tomorrow, I PROMISE! I haven't done all that much (at least for me), but your posts have been very inspiring, and I think I can ramp it up again for Nov/Dec! PM coming your way, too.

Also, it looks like Kira G's miles for the last week of September were credited to me. Please give them back to her, and I'll send you a total for that week.

I won't have too much going on in the coming week, as I had a minor medical procedure and haven't been able to work out much this week or last. :sad2: But I'm ok....it was nothing major and I'm well.

Thanks for your patience...I so need to get on a bike and get some big miles in! :goodvibes

Got it and fixed it.

I know we have all missed Betsy around here. It's good to have our teammate back!!

Thanks for all of the updates. All of them have been put into the spreadsheet. We are just under 1000 miles behind Jessica's team now but we are gaining. I am confident that we can catch this team before the end of the year.

Update Team, we have a new Co-Captain now. I would like to take a moment and thank Ironz(Betsy) for being willing to take over that position. As we all know, she is an incredible athlete having competed in multiple Ironman Triathlons. I know she can and will be a tremendous motivation for all of us. Thanks Betsy!

Hope everyone's week has started well!
Bryan

Busy, busy week! Here are my totals for week ending 10-23:

Happy Halloween Team!

Just got in from a wonderful 4 mile walk; weather was a perfect 77 degrees.:goodvibes

Totals for last week (ending Oct. 30):
325 minutes 11.5 miles

Totals for the week:

75.51 miles (includes double miles for MCM)
424 minutes

Take care all.

Hello 3D's! Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

Kind of a slow week for me, I was down in DW for three days (nights) so only biked once, 25 miles in 1,5 hours. But while down in the worls I ran every morning, (including the two cold ones!), 2.5 miles twice and 3 miles another morning. And I ran once at lunch at work, so totals for that is 10.5 miles in 1:45. Rough estimate there:)

Have a good upcoming week, tomorrow is my last duathlon of the year.

Hey everyone! I updated the hours last night for what has been turned in. We are gettting very close to having a total of 16,000 miles as a team. We can still reach the 20,000 mile level but we will have to do something that we haven't been able to do for the last couple of months. That would be for us to average a little more than 2,000 per month. I know we can do it because we have in the past. I also know that we have several holidays that are coming up on us that will cause some major interuptions for us all. I do thank you for all of your efforts that you have given all year long and what you will continue to do. You guys are awesome!!

Also, for the record, here are my totals for last week.

Miles - 102.25
Time - 11.5 hours

Yesterday was an off day but I am planning on a 10 mile walk and maybe some bike riding today, if I don't have to go to work.:confused3

Have a great week everyone!!!!
Bryan

OOPS, sorry but I haven’t posted in 2 weeks – been sick (flu for 4 days and then a cold:sick:  ) the past 2 weekends and haven’t been on line during them. Anyway here are my totals:

Week ending 26-Oct-2008:
Running miles = 36.5 in 5 hours and 18 minutes
Walking miles = 4 in one hour
Weight lifting = one hour

Week ending 02-Nov-2008:
Running miles= 32.4 miles (Now that I look at it, not bad for only 3 days running this week) in 4 hours and 47 muinutes
Weight lifting = one hour

Great training all,

Mike “GG” B

Sorry...was travelling last week, so didn't get my miles/hours together for the end of Oct.

So..for the week of Oct 22-31 (that is how the spreadsheet is going, right?), count me in for:

3:30 dance practice
1:20 bike/20.4 miles
:10 elliptical/0.9 miles

Grand totals of 5:00 hours/ 21.3 miles

Got clearance today to start training again (after a minor medical procedure 2 weeks ago--I'm fine btw), so I need to seriously get moving!

and I have a few races coming up, so that will help as well.

Keep On Moving!!!

anyone want to meet me at WDW in early Dec? I have to go for a conference...

My numbers for last week:

Running 3 Miles in 21:28 (Used the last week to recover from the summer races and Columbus half)
Weights: 150 minutes

Back to regular running this week.

Here are my totals for the past 2 weeks:

Miles: 11.4
Minutes: 139:40

Have a good one!

Thanks, Team DDD!!

Let's all get out there and get moving over the weekend!!

I know I am, as I am going to see a drop in my activity soon (yeah, I know, you can't fall too far from the little I've been doing lately). I'll be having shoulder surgery in about 10 days for an injury I got about 6 weeks ago. It's nothing major, but will sure keep me inside for a while. The good thing is that I will be able to get on a stationary bike relatively quickly. :goodvibes

Hi all.

I had a good week milage wise at: 27.2 running miles
with some added time for weights: 355 minutes.

Thanks
Scott
