This is the only breakfast character meal we have attended. Mostly because our son is a big Donald fan. Some of the others are more girl oriented - he didn't want to go there :rotfl2:

If you are looking for good buffet food, DON'T eat at DB. They had pretty good choices, it was just prepared very poorly. The bacon was floppy and the breakfast lasagna was very good. The cold bar was good. The character interaction was good. The server was great, she played a couple of tricks on us. IMO, you have already got 3 character meals lined up. We did 2 character meals last trip and that was PLENTY! You can only meet characters so many times before you get burnt out. Even the kids were over the character meals, and they were 5 and 7 years old. This trip, we're only doing CRT, and the rest are restaurants that have more quality.
I don't know if they were having an off day, but we didn't have a good time there. We waited almost 45 minutes for our table and that kind of ruined it for us, it was pouring the rain. But this was our experience and my opinion. Maybe you will have a better time than we did.

I enjoyed breakfast at Chef Mickey's better. I think because I felt like it was a little more worth it for the money. At Donald's, I think there were items from McDonalds there - is that right - or am I crazy?

Only went once and the food was not at all like food from McDonalds.

My family and I really enjoyed it here and will go back again. While I loved Chef Mickey's, esp for the character atmosphere, I liked the food better at Donald's, it seemed more 'country' or southern.

I know that the OP asked opinions, well I think that if the menu on allearsnet looks appealing, try it, at least then you'll have your own opinion.;)

one of our favs! it is usually 4 adults and no children and we do not feel out of place. have a great time!

Food was okay, most of the character breakfasts has fairly similar food IMO.

We had the first seating and felt rushed. We only saw the waiter twice, to give us our drinks and to drop off the bill. The characters whizzed by with barely any interaction.

But all said, we'd go again because the waiters and characters wouldn't necessarily repeat. IOW, they influenced that dining experience but it might not be a factor for anyone else or for us the next time we go, kwim?

Being in the park at rope drop was awesome!
