Donald's Birthday sparked this trivia question

While discussing Donald Duck's 80th Birthday coming up on June 9, I was told that to respect him, duck is never served on Disney property. I never heard this one before and was wondering whether it is true. If it is true, it would actually be a nice thing to do!

Duck Pastrami

Don't know who told you or if maybe this used to be the case but it is so NOT true

Brown Derby : Duck Two Ways
Le Cellier: Five Spice Duck
Chefs De France: Canard aux cerises, puree de patates douces et patissons aka Duck Confit
Monsuier Paul:Magret de canard a l'orange, pommes paillasson, jeune carottes aka Roast Duck
Also this year at F&G they had Duck Confit at the France booth

Mice are on the menu every evening for the "Night Cats" the resident cats who come out every evening to keep the local rodent population in check (at least in Cali).

I was just looking at the Yak and Yeti menu earlier today and they offer a half-duckling dish.
