Can anyone tell me if Donald is usually at cafe mickey? If not, where are we best to meet him (DD loves him at the mo!)

We met him in Inventions, he wasnt in Cafe Mickey when we went

We met him in the park and also in our hotel meet'n'greet in the morning

We met him in Cafe Mickey once back in 2009.....he wasn't there during any visits after that.

We met him in the DLH too.

Thanks for the info! Will the staff at DLH tell you which characters are going to be there? (This is where we are staying, so fingers crossed he'll make an appearance!)

yes, it should be posted on the notice board in the foyer too, which characters will be rotating at the DLH around breakfast time each morning.

He has a fabulous costume when he's on the character train in the main park, he hops off and does meet n greets from there several times a day (but they are scrum ones, ie not queued).

The only character you are guaranteed to see in Cafe Mickey is Mickey himself, all the others are from a wide pool of possibles.

We saw Donald in Cafe Mickey when we there in November. We also saw him around breakfast time at the DLH (in front of Inventions) and down in the lobby of the DLH both in November and last week. I also saw him last week in the lobby of our hotel (Cheyenne). Have a look at the lists in the hotel lobby in the morning to see what character will be there and when. They normally change every half hour or so.

He was at Cafe Mickey for Dinner when we are there on Sunday. Plus, you could meet him after the 20th Anniversary Train, but that's the usual scrum situation!

We went in October and did not see him in Cafe Mickey but he was at Inventions when we went. We had a 6pm booking and he was already there with Goofy fighting over a napkin. lol

Wow! Thanks everyone! Think I'll avoid the places you said will be like a scrum - DD is only 2.5, so would get scared. With all these tips I'm sure we'll track him down!
